A short easy stroll to either the beautiful Milford or Castor Bay beaches. Dining or shopping is also nearby at the Milford shopping precinct. The one-bedroom cottage is a tranquil haven with a separate kitchen/living area which faces the vege garden. There's an occasional train. Private entrance and off-street parking outside the door. Heating/aircon. Breakfast - muesli, yogurt, toast, egg and Nespresso coffee We are very close to the centre of the historic town and heritage buildings. Easy access to the river walkway and shops. Supermarket and cafes are a 5 minute stroll. Thermal hot pools are 5 minutes away. Pets are welcome.

Located in the heart of West Auckland's vineyards and wedding venues, 36 kms from the Auckland CBD. Close by is Muriwai Beach with its gannet colony and surfing, also the magnificent Kaipara Harbour, Woodhill and Riverhead forests.
