Beautiful house where we enjoyed the lovely swimming pool and the beautiful decor. We found the different terraces by the pool and by the house very nice and tastefully decorated. We were missing a sink stopper and a parasol by the pool. This was immediately arranged when we asked about it. Very nice. The view at the house just like the surroundings is really beautiful. Lots of options for walks. We'd love to come back.

Very satisfied with the stay in this apartment. Everything was fine. The host is a very pleasant person, responded quickly. The apartment has a wonderful balcony overlooking the sea, and this is a big plus. We liked everything. Nice comfortable beds, comfortable pillows!!, large TV screen (we watched football), clean household appliances. A little loud in the evening on Saturday and Friday, but this is not due to the apartment, but to the peculiarities of the bars on the beach :)

We had a perfect vacation in Oliva! Pilar was really supportive and nice whenever we needed anything for our family trip. The accommodation was perfect for our small children. It was clean, close to the beach and restaurants and super easy to reach. We had an epic view of the ocean and the sunrise. Pilar was really friendly and did not hesitate to help us whenever she could and made sure we had the greatest time in her suite. By providing additional equipment for our little ones, she enabled us to leave the bulky luggage at home. This really stands out in my opinion! With all these benefits, the apparent is absolutely suitable for longer stays. We have been there for a month and would definitely do it again! Thank you Pilar for this memorable time!

An absolute gem in the heart of Jávea Port - unbeatable sunrise views to wake up to everyday, and the apartment itself is gorgeous. Located above lots of great restaurants & short walk to supermarkets, however you still feel tucked away in your own little sanctuary. Absolutely loved my stay & will definitely be back ☺️ Inge was a perfect host, as flexible as possible with check in/ check out & very helpful with recommendations - thanks again!

It was a very pleasant stay! The apartment matched the photos and description. It is very central and well connected, everything is always very close (supermarkets, beach, port...). It has a garage space and the host was very friendly and was attentive at all times to our arrival. I would repeat!

We were very comfortable in this home. The place is cozy, everything was very clean and well kept. The towels were spotless and with a very pleasant aroma. In addition, Teresa had several details, such as leaving us coffee for breakfast, new scouring and cloth and personal care products such as gels, which is very much appreciated. Everything was very clean and tidy. The apartment is exactly as seen in the photos. It is a two-minute walk from the beach and has parking just below. The only thing I miss is a toaster toasting breakfast bread, but we managed using the oven

Really beautiful and cosy apartment, 5min walk to the main square but at the same time on a very peaceful and quiet street. Public parking 1min walk from the apartment. Apartment itself is very clean and cosy with balcony accessable from the living room and the bedroom, with beautiful mountain views. I enjoyed my evenings there with a glass of wine and didn't even want to go out. A few min drive to Guadalest Reservoir parking where I did a hike around the reservoir. Found a secluded place for sunbathing with a book and enjoying a swim to cool down. Exponentia was always responsive within max 30min, and helpful in her responses. Good price for what was on offer and I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone!

A spectacular apartment. we loved it!

Keli’s apartment is absolutely lovely, just as it looks in the photos. It was very peaceful with stunning views and it was so relaxing to hear the waves as you go to sleep. We stayed in April and the weather started mixed so it was great to have access to the heated indoor pool. The outdoor pools were very well kept although cool at this time of year. The gym and the grounds were excellently cared for. The balcony was perfect for sun downers. The flat is a short walk to Greenwich Marina where there are lots of restaurants and places you can buy fresh bread, have coffee or pick up a roast chicken and chips. Closer to the apartment there were 2 great little beach restaurants. One only opened for the season 2 days before we left. We made trips to Dénia, Calpe and Altea and our girls had a couple of tennis lessons at Altea tennis club which is only 10 minutes drive. I would definitely recommend a car. The beach is pebbly but the water is very clear and lovely to swim in.

The place is way better than the pics. Imaculate place, super clean, really quite, no noise, great swimming pool, easy parking. We were 5 people and we had enough space for everybody. 2 good rooms and splendid bathroom. Segundo is a really good host always responds quick, he gives clear and straight instructions, he makes goods suggestions and obviously he knows the area pretty well. 100% recommended. We will repeat without any doubt.

We had a wonderful stay in Villajoyosa. The morning view from the terrace directly onto the sea was incredibly relaxing and started the day perfectly. It was particularly nice to hear the gentle lapping of the waves at night – it created a very special atmosphere. The accommodation itself was spacious and well equipped, so we felt very comfortable. The only minor criticism was the cleanliness: upon our arrival, hair from the previous owner was on the floor, but it was promptly removed after our feedback. There were also some spots on the sofa, which was a bit of a shame, but overall that didn't bother us. Overall, it was a great stay. If you are on holiday here, you should definitely have a car or rent one to reach the beautiful sandy beaches, explore the surroundings and get to different restaurants. We would definitely visit again!

We liked the apartment very much, especially the beautiful view of the sea. The building where the apartment is located is also very clean. The locals are very friendly and the pool invites you to relax. We liked that it was not directly in the party area and you had your peace. This is a beautiful apartment very close to the beach. There are amazing views of the sea from the living area, terrace and main bedroom. Angelo was punctual and helpful at check-in and everywhere was super clean. Excellent communication with the hosts and some minor issues were dealt with promptly. We had a car and drove into central Altea every day, but I'm guessing it's about a 25 minute walk. There is a very good supermarket close by and a few restaurants. We will be back!
