Super comfortable property, loved the beds and the T.V. Tried their breakfast which was beautifully presented and extremely delicious. The main highlight is definitely the pool, clean, well-maintained and even more enjoyable when it rains. The kitchen is fully equipped which everything one might need. Linen is clean and fresh, the housekeeping services deserve a 5 star. I think it's a great place if you're looking for a villa in north goa since it is in close proximity to the beaches, nightlife, restaurants, casinos and shopping areas. Would definitely return and recommend to friends.

Excellent place to stay with family and friends for travelers who like heritage Properties. Some one had written in review that this property is a hidden gem, I fully agree to this review because you may find it difficult to reach this place as it is approachable by car up to certain extent and after that you have to walk for few minutes but once you reach the property all pains are gone This villa is renovated with all modern facilities including generator and ambiance is remarkable . We were group of 5 friends in our 50,s and all of us appreciate the property and quality of stay. Neat and clean rooms, Bathroom and amenities , Special thanks to care taker Renu for excellent breakfast and hospitality. Thanks for making our stay special

We are group of 5 friends had a nice time staying at Diksha's Villa. it's located in a peaceful neighborhood with great views around the place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staffs were courteous and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place for a peaceful vacation in Goa

Nestled amidst lush greenery and just minutes away from the beach, the property offered the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and Goan charm. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and refreshing welcome drinks. The villa itself is beautifully designed – spacious interiors, tasteful decor, and an open layout that seamlessly connects indoor elegance with outdoor serenity. Each bedroom was immaculate, featuring plush beds, spotless bathrooms, and a private balcony overlooking the pool or garden. The private pool was a highlight – clean, well-maintained, and surrounded by palm trees that created a tropical haven. very nice property. it is inside a holiday home colony. very close to the beach. the beach nearby is pristine and clean as well. all amenities are good. swimming pool is there.

it was the perfect place to spend one last trip of the batch of '25 before before we all go to different parts of the world. the place is seriously undersold and we absolutely loved it. the security bhaiya was the underrated gem of the place who helped me wheather it was late in the night or 8 am. the owner is v sweet and resuced us at 3 in the night because we locked our room door from inside. loved the pool and furniture, was comfortable to move around for all of our group to sit together. overall, this been a lengend- (wait for it) -ary trip and i couldn't recommend a place more than this. -graduating batch of '25 :)

The location of this villas is very nice. Every place that you would want to visit is approachable both towards north goa and south goa. We had a lovely stay here.

Amitabh is a fantastic host. He was avilable to assist is in our requirements and planning day trip. Although our trip was short, Anthony and his team were absolutely delightful to meet. Fabulously facility and great 5 star hospitality. We will be sure to visiting you again on our next trip.

We LOVED staying here. The property is beautiful and the staff is some of the best in the business. They communicated with us prior to the reservation and helped make my partners birthday super memorable. They actually went the extra mile to decorate and get us a cake. There is always someone around to help and answer our questions. I have never had a stay this peaceful and stress free. The property is so beautiful and well decorated. Stay here for a vacation that will be one you will remember for ever.

Great place and very friendly host and staff. We were 11 adults and 2 kids and we had ample space to get together, have fun. The pool was clean and we enjoyed it every day. Very helpful host who took care of our needs. Very helpful staff. The cooks made delicious food and there were lots of choices. We will visit this place again. 30mins from the beaches and centrally located.

We were a family of 14 and stayed at this old Portuguese village and it was an awesome experience. The 5 rooms were big and spacious, the pool is also big enough for all to jump inntogether. There are multiple places lile dinning area, Living area and the open sit out near the pool where we all could hangout. Break Fast and food that was cooked (we are Veg) was excellent and all the care takers and chef were happy to do what we asked for, also the Barbecue on the first day was excellent. Location of the villa is amazing with Shops, Restaurants and Nice party joints at 5-10min diatance. over all Angel was a great host to an Amazing Property.

well, If you are looking for some peaceful time out with your family / friends , it's a great place to be. accomodates 2 - 3 families ( about 8 pax) easily. Spacious , Good food and Goan vibes heigtens comfort feel. Colva beach is about 5-10 min drive. Martin's corner and Madgaon is very nearby. overall worth a relaxing stay.

They were kind, attentive, and always ready to help, making the stay even more enjoyable. The villa was absolutely wonderful and matched the pictures perfectly. We were truly impressed by the hospitality. There was a dedicated person name (Nimbraj) available to prepare meals for us. whatever we requested, he kindly cooked with great care. His service was exceptional, and he was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for more. The location was also ideal, with plenty of great restaurants just a 2–5 minute walk away, including Tomatos, Mikey’s, Palms and Sands, and Uptown where we dine-in all the restaurants Plus, the villa is very close to the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was the perfect place for our 4-day getaway. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend this villa to anyone. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

We stayed at Xant for two nights during a family holiday and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was modern, well-equipped, and had a functional kitchen and reliable Wi-Fi, which was essential for my work. The location was ideal and peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle of Goa, yet not too far from the beaches in the north. We especially appreciated the quiet surroundings. However, having a car is necessary to get around conveniently. The host was responsive and provided clear check-in instructions. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would happily return on future visits.
