The whole experience was great. Farukh and team was efficient, and supported us brilliantly at the stay. We had two cars and they supported parking for both One consideration, the access key, there was only one, it made it a tad inconvenient for our group to move out and about individually. If something could be done about that. A small, maybe insignificant, but in the common bathroom noticed a cobweb and spiders. A slight oversight or just the weather allowing quick house development by the critters.

Patricia and her husband are very kind people. We just felt like at home from beginning. Appartment was clean. We expected that we will be in 5 min walk on the beach but it takes longer. We had nice terrace where we enjoyed our coffee and breakfast. We got every morning tasty breakfast from the husband of Patricia. There was also a cleaning service every day. The owners are very kind and helpful people. The accommodation is in the quiet area but near to the shops, markets. We enjoyed our stay.

Location was amazing. We can see the sea from balcony, terrace was not clean, but balcony was good. Small set up of kitchen which was good. 5 stars for the View from the room.

I really enjoyed my stay at Jay’s studio! He was very communicative through my stay. The kitchen, solid WIFI and all of the amenities make it good for a longer stay like I had as well. Safe and enjoyable location too. Highly recommend!

If you want a beach getaway this is the place for you! This unassuming property is a gem - built around a beautiful coconut plantation you walk through the palms and onto the beach. It is perfect for a family gathering or group of friends as the bedrooms are separate and private. Aside from the amazing location what stood out were the host and his team - nothing was ever too much trouble! The food they prepared for us was delicious and we loved eating on the beach at our own private table. We barely left the property as there was lot’s to do - enjoy the pool, the beach, pool table, take a nap listening to the sea breeze through the palms. We also thank the team for being so accommodating to our one year old son making sure we had everything we needed for him. We look forward to our next stay!

A Hidden Paradise by the Mangroves! I had the most amazing stay at Pedro’s Mangrove Villa in Goa! From the moment I arrived, Pedro was a wonderful host — friendly, helpful, and always available if I needed anything. The villa itself is a true hidden gem, tucked away in a peaceful location surrounded by beautiful mangroves, offering a perfect escape from the noise and crowds. The space was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and tastefully designed with a mix of Goan charm and modern comfort. Waking up to the sounds of birds and the serene view of the water was absolutely magical. I especially loved the outdoor seating area — perfect for a morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. We had a great stay. It is located in a very peaceful area and surrounded by many trees. Suril is a great host and very responsive. Reaching Ashwem beach takes 7-8 minutes on scooty, mandrem beach takes about 15 minutes on scooty. Many restaurants and cafes on the Main beach road. The air bnb is located little away from the main road and a scooty is recommended to go to the nearby grocery stores. Daily cleaning service is provided free of cost. Overall, it's a great value for the money charged.

The best thing about this property is it's location. Its right on the beach facing road and all you have to do is walk a few steps and enter the beach. You get a complete view of ocean right from your gallery. As for home, it's nice cozy place which is well maintained and clean. All the amenities function perfectly. Host lipy was very prompt in making sure that our stay is comfortable. She even arranged a small household item when we requested for it. Cheers to her for that. Some improvement could be done in wifi as it as was getting disconnected regularly. Also one needs to know that the place is quite small in size and not as big as it appears in the pictures. Overall it was a comfortable and peaceful stay.

This place is inside a resort, so feels safe.. perfect stay for couples or two people who are looking to have some peaceful time.. They have everything what u get at home.. Water purifier, First aid kit, card games .. you name it this place has everything.. trinity beach is just 900 meters from this home.. Very peaceful location for someone who is looking for a leaisure time.

Sukoon is actually what we felt during our entire stay here. Ally is super responsive and attends to issues immediately. The place is lovely, beautiful view from the balcony. It was cozy and comfortable. Kitchen is very well equipped. Security is there at the main gate, so the place feels safe. Highly recommend.

Stayed for a week here and it was beautiful and very comfortable, it's right next to the beach. There were a few nice restaurants around and a doable market too. My host ritu saved the day with recommendations, can't thank her enough.
