Monthly Rentals in Da’an District

Landlord Max is a humorous and talkative young man. He personally checked us in and helped us carry our luggage to the room. He introduced the building public areas and his room in detail. Both the building and Max’s room are very clean and modern. Max pays great attention to details, and daily necessities are very complete. The refrigerator is full of soda, milk tea and bottled water, and even a couple bowls of premium instant noodles are provided, worried that we will be hungry at night. Taipei's winter rains a lot, Max also specially left an umbrella for us to use. Excellent location, 3 minutes walk to Taipei MRT Dongmen Station. 5 minutes walk to Yongkang Street, where you can find snack bars, gourmet restaurants and coffee shops. There are also DinTaiFung, XiaoNanMen Tofu pudding, POYA Life Department Store, and bakery nearby. Dongmen Market, Da'an Park and Jianguo Flower Market are also within walking distance. 7-11 is just downstairs. I will definite rent this place again.

Absolutely I'd give this place five stars! Everything is perfect! The room is bigger than I expected and pretty clean, love the soft comfortable bed. The view is amazing and there is a beautiful park across from the Airbnb. We went for a walk almost every day! The convenience store is only 2 minutes walk away which is very nice! Wonda is overly considerate. We really appreciate your kindness, Wanda! We will definitely come back!

WooBin’s place was very nice and big enough for us (2 people)! Lots of amenities and shops around (even Yong Kang Park)! It is also near the Dongmen MRT Station, about a 5 minutes walk. The location of the MRT line is also very near other popular places in Taipei, like Taipei Main Station, Zhongshan, Chiang Kai Shek Memorial Hall, and more. This is a very nice place and I will definitely return and recommend to others! WooBin was also very proactive in checking in with us through text, and he also replies very quickly! Thank you!!

The location is great. It is close to two subway lines. Many department stores, restaurants and interesting places are close by.
