Minsu holiday rentals in Da’an District

We enjoyed our staying in Leon’s home. Leon is very friendly, responsive, and accommodating. 3 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are what we need, I highly recommend Leon’s home. The home is right next to Ling guan station of MRT Brown Line which can easily connect to Red Line and Blue Line and to many tourist attractions.

Great location. Can't beat the access to restaurants, shopping, and snacks. Sofa bed was honestly more comfortable than some beds I've been in. It's a studio and not a full kitchen, but it really served us well.

I love this room.😆 Greg and Risa were very kind and helped me a lot.Although my English and Chinese are not fluent enough, they still warmly welcomed me, which made me feel very touched. If you want a room with a very gentle owner, choosing this AirBnB is definitely the best decision! Wangchai is a very cute dog, and he accompanies me every day.I fed him snacks and had a great time playing with him!

Came for the price, stayed for the convenience! I stayed in Johnny's place for a total of 13 nights - it was a comfortable and smooth experience. The neighbourhood has a distinctively student vibe, and there are plenty of food options in short walking distance. The exact street can be difficult to find just by following landmarks and street names, but you'll be fine if you follow Google Maps and Johnny's directions. I wouldn't recommend taking the bus, especially if you have lots of baggage. Johnny lives in the flat as well, which was great for getting recommendations and tips! Please read the listing carefully - Johnny is quite detailed and requires you to adhere to his listing guidelines quite strictly. Where there were specific requirements (such as for sorting waste or operating the dryer), he explained them clearly. The room itself was small but clean and comfortable. Do expect to be able to hear noise from the street below. There is no elevator to the flat.

Have stayed here for numerous times. Always above and beyond warm hospitality, caring, and marvellous services. A place to call home away from home. Highly recommend again!

Extremely responsive and helpful hosts that provided everything we needed. They gave us a heater on our request as well as extra tea and snacks as gifts which was very generous. If we ever had any problems it was very easy to communicate via messaging. The apartment is furnished very well and has a great location right next to Da'an Forest Park MRT station as well as many convenience stores and restaurants. The bathroom has a bidet (enough said). I'd highly recommend this stay for the value, location, and the excellent hosts.

For the location, amount of space you’re getting in this area of Taipei, the price was reasonable. Had a few last minute situations happen, but the host was quick to respond at various points of the day. The pictures were true to what the unit looked like once we got there and the place was well kept unlike a lot of other places which usually show wear and tear on their furniture and appliances. The building has security downstairs as well which gave me a peace of mind. A gem in the heart of Taipei that you wouldn’t want to miss!!

The location is very convenient, close to the bus and express train, and the breakfast shop nearby is also close. It is very cost-effective for many people to stay together. Recommended

The location is 10/10, easy walking distance to two different MRT stations on different lines. Quick walk to Taipei 101 and all surrounding malls. Not to mention the stunning view up on the roof top. Lots of food options near by too. The room is small but well designed with lots of storage space. Perfect for couples or family with one small child, probably not suitable for family with multiple kids or older kids or a group of friends. Will definitely be back!

Great Place to stay with lots to do, and the host was very friendly and responsive! The house was clean, and provided all needs. Check-in was smooth other than was not directed to front of the house, and during my stay there was loud constructions during the night which hard to sleep.

Amazing location and stay with Ann. The rooms are very clean and living area very spacious. They even provided car for us to take us from Taoyuan airport to the airbnb which was so convenient and kind. There is shopping and local restaurants around. Easy to take the MRT and walk around the area. 7 eleven is right next door as well. The neighborhood is safe and also has buses nearby.

Great location right next to everything downtown. Tons of good restaurants nearby and lots to do. Apartment seems to be newly renovated and was great for our group. Has an interesting layout and everything you need for your stay. Would highly recommend!

Family Trip with 2 kiddos/5 adults and had a great stay. The space was plentiful and clean. The dryer was super appreciated! Within 5 minutes to the MRT station and plenty of convenience stores and food nearby. In general, this area overall is fancier and more expensive than what we are accustomed to. There is a half stair case before getting to the elevator. The address provided is a meet up point and then a host will take you to the apartment. A host will also come by to review the apartment as the 'check-out' process. The hosts were different for this process but all communicated through the app. Had a really great stay!

Victor is a fantastic host! Went above and beyond in terms of communication and service. When my parents had difficulty using the door smart lock, he personally came over and showed them how to use it. The place was bigger than expected with lots of space for everything. The location was top-notch being across the street from Taipei 101 with the MRT station even closer (you go through the MRT station to get to Taipei 101). All in all, a great experience. Incredible location within 5 minutes of Daan Park. The apartment was clean upon arrival and we were greeted and provided a detailed tour of the apartment and all of its amenities. Garden and their team were incredibly responsive and helpful when we had any questions. Stay was peaceful and quiet - walkable to a lot of hot spots, but also convenient enough for MRT access, and of course, Ubers. We stayed for about 10 days and were incredibly sad to leave. Highly recommend and would rebook on our next trip back to Taipei!

Very responsible host, the place was very well kept and clean. Stocked with everything i need for daily use. The area is a nice quiet high end area of Taipei . It fit every need i had.

This place was beyond our expectations! It was located by Yongkang Market, near the Dongmen MRT. So many great shopping and food options surrounding it. The property itself was comfortable and cozy. I absolutely adore how family-oriented it was; they had provided all baby and toddler equipment. My daughter especially loved the slide and toys made available. We are so grateful for the responsiveness and friendliness of the host!

We had a great time, the flat is well equipped, the location is perfect, the view is amazing from the window. The wifi, the washing machine and the air conditioning all work well. There’s a small kitchen too which is really rare in Taipei, so overall we’d definitely stay here again.
