Hof Sandsee is located in the forest area Puszcza Notecka. Pine forests alternate here with the riverside views of the Warte and the rolling hills of the lake landscape. Endless forest trails invite you to hike, horseback riding, bike and carriage ride. For mushroom and blueberry collectors, it is true paradise. On the farm Sandsee, riding therapy is offered on domestic horses. The Sandsee provides an opportunity for swimming and fishing. The guest house offers you absolute peace and recreation in a fantastic environment.

Ecologically built year-round unique house by the lake surrounded by forests and nature. Huge windows let you enjoy the sun and nature even from the inside, summer or winter. Water from the well, filtered and safe to drink, ecological and efficient fire-place to keep you warm in the cold season. Recuperation cleans the air, water is re-used for garden watering and toilet flush. No concrete used in the house! Clay walls. No other buildings to within 1km. Bikes, canoe, badminton, zipline, bonfire.

Marylin Magenta Station

We brought two train wagons into the middle of the forest - Notec Forest. We named them Turquoise and Magenta. Turquoise was built in 1939. Since 1984, it served as a technical wagon and used to ride the tracks until 2022. Magenta was built in 1972 and also drove as a technical wagon until 2022. We have renovated the beautiful old wagons and converted into quirky, sparse accommodations. We have preserved arched ceilings, the steel skeleton has been surrounded by wood and added new colours.

Apartment 34 is a very unique 3 level flat. It is entirely located in the historical water tower. Round walls of red brick, beautiful spiral stairs combined with modern equipment create a unique character of this apartment. An independent entrance ensures the privacy and comfort of our guests. Appartment has fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms (bathtub & shower) and 2 bedrooms on the first floor (for 2 people each), 3rd bedroom in the basement (4 single beds) + sofa bed (living room)

We serve delicious Italian pizza from a stone oven. Additional attractions: sauna( 1 session during your stay with us for free), gym, llamas, alpacas, feeding animals and staying with them, grill, fire pit, covered patio with seating. Relax and unwind in this tranquil, stylish space. The house is fully equipped, cozy and has beautiful views in every direction. The climate is made up of original paintings. It has a large terrace. Malarka's house is located in a large garden with ponds, a small forest. Guests can enjoy lounging in the garden, walking alleyways, playgrounds, and bonfires. There are beautiful lakes and forests nearby. It's perfect for people who value the proximity of nature.

The Wolf Apartment-is a loft of a single-family house arranged for guests' needs. It consists of two spacious bedrooms, each with a large bed and a sofa bed; a living room with an equipped kitchenette with a sofa bed; and a bathroom. The shared area with the hosts is a closed vestibule, from which there are stairs leading to the floor. Because we live on the ground floor, we prefer quiet guests, families with children. We do not allow parties.

Right next to it, there are forest paths for walking and biking, and Lake Biała, which is free of noise, invites you to swim, kayak tours, and SUP surf.
