I have taken this - what was for storage to a beautiful modern lodge with a rustic twist for guests all over. With a whole new lease of life we are very excited to welcome you into the space whether it be for a concert, rugby game, visit a friend or visiting a family member at Cardiff University !

We have recently re carpeted the entire ground floor and the kitchen has new flooring so there is no longer a crack in the kitchen floor tiles as per some reviews. The house is modern and is in a quiet residential area. This house has a STRICT NO PARTIES POLICY. No using the garden area after 10pm.

Ample parking available in a gated and secure area.

Our outhouse at the back of our garden has been lovingly transformed into a cosy, modern studio apartment. With underfloor heating, large sofa's & kitchen /breakfast area it has everything you want for a short or long stay! Separate entrance also makes it private so you can come and go as you wish.
