Beachfront holiday rental in Cuvio

It was a really beautiful place right next to the Lake. Giulia have us great recommendations and Always answered really quickly. There ia a Restaurant right under it, but it was Always pretty quiet anyway.

We had a great family stay at Anna and Marco's. The apartment is conveniently located close to the lake and entertainment, very welcoming and well-equipped. We were able to take beautiful walks using only public transport. We particularly appreciated Marco's personalised advice and availability during the stay. The contact by interposed messages was very friendly. We'll be happy to go back!

Costa was the best AirBnb host we have ever had. Very responsive and Costa even helped jump start our car when the battery died, what a legend. Thank you Costa. The property is brilliant, unbelievable view. Nice local restaurants and the bus stop is right outside. Would 100% recommend.

We had a wonderful stay – the property is lovely with an absolutely stunning view. The garden was a great spot to relax, and the whole place had a really peaceful feel to it. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming – they greeted us personally and had clearly put a lot of thought into making us feel at home, even leaving a cuddly toy for our daughter and a bottle of Prosecco for us, which was such a thoughtful touch. A couple of things to be aware of: the driveway and parking area are quite steep. It’s no problem if you're in a regular car, but it was a bit of a challenge with our campervan. Also, the local town is walkable – about 25 minutes mostly on quiet roads – which was a lovely way to explore the area. All in all, we’d absolutely recommend this place for a relaxing stay in a beautiful setting.

Absolutely wonderful stay 😊 the flat and the views are absolutely gorgeous!! In a quieter area of lake Como, but it is an absolute gem. Still plenty of bars/restaurants within walking distance, and a little shop as well. There is a wonderful bar/cafe a 10 min walk down the lake front, which is the best place I’ve had my morning coffee. Musso will now be our base for future visits to Lake Como - there are few tourists but a 10 min drive to Menaggio where you can catch the ferry to Como, Bellagio and Varenna (among others). We didn’t go to Como, but Varenna and Bellagio were each a 15 min boat ride. Simone was extremely helpful with recommendations, and also when we extended our trip for a few days. You must catch the sunrise on the balcony - it is magical, as is the whole place! Plenty of parking, and a little beach right infront of the apartment. Cannot recommend enough, and we will be back. We had great days in the accommodation, it was very tidy and the kitchen was very well equipped. We were not very lucky with the weather, but we were able to use the "TV room" extensively. They always responded very quickly to our questions and we felt we were in great hands. The small swimming area is a highlight and I was able to use the SUP boards, which was a lot of fun.

Luisella and Fermo were PERFECT hosts! My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Guilia House. The house is so charming - it felt like such a privilege to stay there and experience the history and beauty of the home and village of Fiumelatte. We especially loved the garden area that Luisella is cultivating - the views in the evening are spectacular! The walk to Varenna is an easy one with amazing views of the lake, mountains, and villages along the shore. This rental is not for everyone, however. Folks with mobility issues or toddlers should be aware that the rooms are all on different floors and connected by a cement staircase in the center of the home. If this is not a concern, then you will be treated to an authentic 'old world' Italian experience. We adored Luisella and Fermo - what a kind and generous couple! We are SO grateful for their hospitality. They welcomed us as if we were family and we will cherish them as if they are ours.

Lovely apartment with spectacular view. Friendly and responsive host. Especially liked the extra little things, like additional towels for swimming, and extra adapters for charging devices. Would be happy to come back.

Our warmest recommendations from here. An absolutely amazing place in quiet and beautiful surroundings. The apartment is lovely and has the most amazing view of the lake. Easy access to lake and activities and just a short walk along the lake to Mergozzo. Our kids were also very excited about the clean and delicious pools. We met an incredibly warm and welcoming host couple and can only recommend staying here. There are absolutely no minuses.

Our stay at Manuele and Giorgia's apartment near Lake Como was absolutely wonderful! While there isn't a lake view directly from the apartment, its location more than makes up for it. We loved being able to walk to the lakefront within minutes, and there are so many fantastic restaurants just a stone's throw away. Bellagio was also a super short and easy drive, making day trips incredibly convenient. What truly set this place apart was the incredible thought Manuele and Giorgia have put into every detail. From extra towels to a well-stocked kitchen and comfortable furnishings, they've genuinely anticipated all the little things that make a stay comfortable and stress-free. It truly felt like a home away from home. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend their apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and truly welcoming base for exploring Lake Como!

Alessandra was absolutely amazing, not only while we were there, but leading up to our stay. It felt like we made a friend in Italy. She was friendly, communicative, and helpful! The airline lost our bags and she kept checking in to see if we had an update. She truly went above and beyond! The Airbnb was so clean and welcoming! Right across the street from Lake Como! Beautiful area! Would recommend to anyone!

Andrea was very responsive all the time. Andrea’s place is beautiful. Very modern and clean and had everything my wife and I needed including an iron, washing machine, and a cool sound system. The kitchen was fully functional as well. The views from the balcony and bedroom are amazing. Just as shown in the pictures. Andrea had many suggestions of things to do and places where to eat that were quite helpful. Our stay was very enjoyable. This place is truly a gem in Lago di Como.

Everything was great. We had a great time on site. We had the pool almost all to ourselves. The host is very friendly.

A big and heartfelt thank you to Emilio for the wonderful week we spent in his apartment and at the campsite! Sometimes chance finds are the best finds :-) We could now repeat the same things from the previous positive reviews, but we will keep it short and confirm everything that has been written so far! But still, in addition to the impeccable apartment, we would like to highlight the exceptionally clean and very beautiful surroundings, more specifically the campsite including the super (large) pool and everything else the campsite has to offer and to which the apartment is attached. We hope that we will have the opportunity to spend our Pentecost holiday there again in the near future!

We loved being there! The apartment is bigger than expected from the pictures, super well equipped and very clean. The garden is simply amazing. We could have breakfast and dinner under the porch even while raining. It was possibly even more romantic and beautiful. If you keep the door to the garden open you can fall asleep to the sound of the lake. Well located between the mountains and Como, at walking distance from good restaurants and cocktail places. Public free parking around the corner, super easy to carry luggage inside. Nicoletta is really friendly and gave us simple and clear instructions for check in and check out, plus lots of useful tips about local places and made us laugh too! Thank you!

Thanks stefano for a great stay. Apartment is in an amazing location in the main square overlooking the lake and island. This was our most favourite place out of three stays on different lakes in Italy. Great balcony for relaxing and people watching. Despite the bars and restaurants in the square the apartment was peaceful. Apartment was clean and well equipped..

Lovely apartment by the lake. We got up everyday with beautiful view of lake como by the window. Very calmed, not far from Villa del balbianello 6 minutes by car.

Sandra's small accommodation was very clean and beautifully decorated. Unfortunately, we had some bad luck with the weather, but Sandra can't be blamed for that. Still, we felt comfortable. The beach "on the doorstep" is a pebble beach, so you should wear bathing shoes, otherwise it is a bit unpleasant. From the B&B you can do beautiful hiking tours. We will be happy to come back :)

We had a wonderful stay there! Beautiful scenery and very peaceful. Home had all the necessary amenities, and the owners were very responsive to messages, helpful, and friendly. Traffic from the road could be a little loud at times, but not terrible. The room arrangement was also a little odd...we didn't realize when booking that all the rooms are in a line. So bedroom 3 has to walk through bedroom 2 to get to the bathroom, and everyone has to walk through bedroom 1 to move between the kitchen/living room and any other bedroom or bathroom. Not ideal if privacy is a priority. Overall an excellent stay and we would gladly come back again in the future!

Wow! What a beautiful flat. Nicoletta was very responsive! She was by far one of the best host on Airbnb. The place was beautiful!! Clean and very spacious! More spacious than the picture showed!! THE VIEW! While it’s got a smaller view than most would want of como it still was amazing and very lovely to sit on the balcony and drink a glass of wine at night or eat a croissant and drink an espresso in the morning. Nicoletta was very responsive in so many ways. She fixed the one issue we had instantly without a fuss. That alone I wanna give her 10/5! She had recommendations on the spot for everything. She replied very fast and it was so nice. We are already want to come back!!

A very beautiful location at the Lago Maggiore. Ruth was very welcoming with great suggestions for restaurants. I would always come back to that place.
