For a stay in the countryside in a peaceful haven with all the comforts! (Perfect for a couple.) 32 m2 studio with private entrance overlooking a flowered and wooded garden overlooking a river. Independent covered parking, 12 m2 terrace with table, chairs and deckchairs; fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment + full appliances) Sheets, towels and linens are provided free of charge.

My place is close to the city center. It is good for couples and solo travelers. We do not provide linens and towels except on request. No extra cleaning but the studio must be clean upon checkout. A deposit of €50 is required at key exchange. Clean and tidy upon arrival, all or part of this deposit will be charged if cleaning is not done. Free parking spaces right next door. No smoking allowed. Free wifi access

This former mill (mid-19th century), carefully renovated, at the gates of the Marais Poitevin, is classified "4 stars furnished de Tourisme". On 3 levels, this mill respects the traditional local architecture and the nature that surrounds it. The mill has retained its narrow, original miller's staircase. Combining wood, exterior coating with lime, noble materials, it is turned towards respect for the environment.

On an enclosed and wooded plot of 3600 m², this underground studio with an area of 40 m² is refurbished. Exposed northwestern, It is light and sunny. Ideally located in the countryside and 15 minutes from the sea, you can fully enjoy these two assets. Pets are allowed (we have a dog, a cat and a pony). A pool is located partly front of the grounds, so children will be placed under the supervision of parents.
