We would like to thank Eduardo, for all his kindness, he explained everything properly how it worked, gave tips on restaurants, beaches, tours. The location is sensational, close to exactly EVERYTHING, there are banks, restaurants, a market, a bus stop, everything. My husband and I felt safe in the chalet, we walked at night and the security was impressive to see. There's an app like Uber on the island, and if you're going by bus like us, you can get to the beaches you want or you can use the island's public transport as well. The house is very clean, it has all the necessary utensils for cooking, the room is comfortable and has Netflix logged in on the TV, which makes all the difference at bedtime, to watch something nice. I highly recommend this accommodation and when we return to the island, we will definitely stay at the Tiê chalet. The sunrise and sunset at Perequê beach is sensational, it is close to the accommodation, be sure to see it.

Excellent location, easy access to the wedding venues around, a good place to spend a stay. The only observation is the noise of air machines that seems to come from the market next door. Other than that, Would come back again

The stay was excellent! The apartment corresponds to what is shown in the photos, the location is also great, with restaurants, shops and markets nearby. I went with my dogs and the backyard space and service area are great. Victor is very flexible about schedules

The room was super clean and well arranged. Guilherme gave clear instructions for us to find the place easily, sent a video of how to get there, and responds quickly. Wonderful location, quiet place, very close to the beaches and downtown. It was a very quiet stay. I 😍😍🫶🏽 want to come back more often.

The place is simply amazing and Roseli treated us very kindly. A location with easy access to the beach, and by car is fast to shops and very close to the Ferry crossing to Ilha Bela.

Manuela and her husband are excellent people. Manuela is extremely friendly since our first contact to ask a few questions. The apartment is excellent, we stay at the top, 02 bedrooms/kitchen/living room and bathroom. Super comfortable, safe, clean space with essential utensils to make a good meal . The place is 1 block from the beach, great for bathing, with a tent structure. Manuela and her husband gave us super important tips to enjoy the city. Do you know that place with a taste of wanting to go back? so is the hosting in this top place. We look forward to coming back soon!!!

Great family accommodation. Comfortable, safe, clean, spacious, bright, airy apartment, well located and easy to access with quick check-in. Located in front of the beach and in a strategic location to go downtown or to explore/visit neighboring beaches. The host is extremely attentive and her answers are quick and decisive. This is a great place to stay in Caraguatatuba/SP.

We spent wonderful days! despite being carnival, the condominium was quiet and the house very comfortable. Ideal size for our family, of 4 people. We were very well served by the hostess, who is very kind and polite. We'll be back one day!
