The apartment is wonderful beautiful landscape, very clean house, wonderful jacuzzi. alexandre was very attentive and helpful.

It was the second time I stayed in the apartment of Beatriz and Roseli, and since the first time the hosts are very attentive responding quickly, the employees of the Barlavento Condominium are gentle and helpful, the apartment has a privileged location, exactly like the photos and descriptions, I intend to return in the coming years.

Perfect stay, the loft is incredible, the host is very attentive, we stayed the weekend and I have no words to praise, a 1000. I'll be back more often!!

The house in Ilhabela was hands down one of the most beautiful Airbnbs any of us had stayed in all over the world. House was clean and comfortable and easily fit a group of 9 people. A little bit of a walk to get into town but the views make up for it.

The house is even better than it looks in the pictures! Super complete, spacious and comfortable — we were positively surprised as soon as we arrived. The environments are very well cared for, and the space is even larger than we imagined. A very special highlight goes to Ingrid, who is extremely attentive, always available and helpful in everything we need. Ronaldo also deserves praise, always concerned about whether everything was right, if we needed anything — they made all the difference in our stay! The only point to consider is access to the house: it is on top of a hill and the climb is very steep, with many holes and ditches. Not every car climbs easily. But despite this, it is something beyond the control of the hosts and definitely did not prevent us from enjoying every moment. We highly recommend the stay and we would definitely be back!

Our experience was wonderful! The house is even more beautiful in person, full of charm, good taste and very well decorated. You can feel the care in every detail. Everything was impeccably clean, with great quality furniture and bedding, which made the stay extremely comfortable. The yard is delightful (the dogs loved it!) and the atmosphere of the house is very pleasant. Cristina was an amazing host: always very kind, attentive and available. She gave us great tips on nearby restaurants and places where our dogs could have fun (lol). We felt very welcome. The location is also great — quiet street, close to the beach, good restaurants and in a neighborhood that is a delight. Sure is a place to come back many times!

Excellent, defines the stay from the first to the last day, impeccable attention by Sergio, I felt at home, because the apt offers all the amenities necessary for the daily life on the coast and after a day of the beach finish with a good dip in the pool that besides being wonderful is heated. I went in 3 people, and the flat met all my expectations. In terms of location, it is located in a condominium that is literally in front of entrance 11 of Maresias beach, and is simply the best part of the beach. I went in the middle of Carnival, and it was a marvel. The condominium is great, the pool is very good, I used a lot of the leisure area with ping pong and also the shower when arriving from the beach. Lucão was very flexible about the check-in and check-out time as well, answered all my questions about the flat, what to take, and also gave great tips for tours in Maresias. I recommend it!!

The Fabiani house is beautiful and beautifully decorated, no items are missing in the kitchen. All in very good taste. The house does not smell of mold, I always like to write this because we are VERY allergic and this is a very important point. New and good mattresses. We found the house clean, but needed more care in cleaning the clothes cabinets and in the refrigerator. We hired Cléo ( indicated by Fabiani) and it was wonderful. We made our breakfast and made everything very clean. Another very good point is that you arrive from the beach and already in the outside area, it already loses all things with sand, has a clothesline, has a tank, has a washing machine. The house has a screen in the windows so it is wonderful to prevent the local pernilongos. It also has a beach cart to carry the chairs and sun umbrellas and it was great! Deixo as a suggestion to make more bathroom mats available, liquid hand wash in bathrooms and toilet paper. I know the house does not offer but makes a difference. It was wonderful thanks
