Junia was super helpful, during check-in, stay and check out. The place has a amazing location very close to the beach, the condominium area is paceful. At the time we stayed was complete silence. I super recommend staying in her place.

The place is simply wonderful! Literally standing in the sand on a quiet beach 2km from the historical center. Well equipped with all we could need. It is well worth it. Miriam is very attentive and excellent communication. Excellent and highly recommended.

The house is great! Small, but very comfortable for a couple. Perfect location for those who want peace with a beautiful view. We wake up every day with the birds, a delight. Easy access for those who go without a car, the bus passes nearby and you can easily go to other beaches on the island. The only thing I would point out is that the main bed is two single beds together (I hadn't noticed the ad) which for us was not a problem, just to remember to bring a larger sheet or two single ones.

Our first time at the house and we already know it will be the first of many! Besides being beautiful and looking like a paradise, it is super well structured and clean. The hosts were attentive and helpful! Comfortable beds, super complete kitchen… in short, absolutely nothing to point out. Besides the location being great, as we already knew. Quiet beach, calm sea and not much movement, and at the same time safe and close to all the shops you may need :)

The stay was excellent! Eni's house is beautiful, very spacious and well-equipped — perfect for going with friends or family. The backyard is large, with well-kept garden, pool, deck, barbecue and full kitchen. The rooms are simple, but offer comfort, with air conditioning, bedding, blankets and towels for everyone. It is in a quiet neighborhood, ideal for those looking for privacy, and at the same time it is very close to Praia da Feiticeira — in less than 5 minutes walk, through a gate in the back of the house, you are already in the sand. The hostess lives on the same ground, but is super friendly and discreet, has appeared a few times and has never interfered with our privacy. It was a great experience, highlighting the beautiful garden of the house and all integration with nature and would definitely return!

The house is beautiful, perfect! The renovation of the balcony was great, the house is certainly the best choice for your stay in Ilhabela. Lucila's house is great. I spent my birthday with a group of 10 friends. 3 excellent double rooms and another room for 4 people that accommodated everyone perfectly. Meire, who was recommended by Lucila to take care of the house and kitchen, is also great. I recommend it to everyone and I will be back for sure.

We simply love this place. We went on the carnival holiday in search of quiet and that's exactly what we found: quiet place, seaside, AMAZING sunset, wonderful view of both the bungalow and the pool (which was only for us for the entire stay). It had everything we needed. Couldn't have been in a better place. The access is super quiet, Davide gave us great instructions for the site and guided us perfectly. Your dogs are gracious.

Very good place, the good house also, nothing luxurious but accommodates very well, Caroline was super attentive together with Toninho, everything we needed they helped us and were extremely requested, the house is between two beaches, very close to the beaches, to walk quietly carrying cooler and everything else, the house has a beautiful view as well. I highly recommend it to anyone who is in ilhabela, especially for those who want to take a beach without having to worry about getting on the car.
