excellent place, the owner's attention is 5 stars and the lady in charge as well as the guards of the residence, a quiet place, you hear the birds and as I went during the week my family was the only one in the whole place, although there is a stretch of the road 5 minutes before arriving at the place it is worth it, the 5-star pool is very clean I noticed that they do daily maintenance, the apartment is VERY COMFORTABLE it has everything including some bicycles, the air conditioning in the living room was damaged and the technician arrived immediately, excellent internet really it is a place in Higuerote that I would go back to! 5 stars.

Apartment with a good location, quiet, spacious, pleasant. The pool area is very good and well maintained. Josue was very kind and attentive. If you want to travel to Higuerote, I recommend this apartment.

Mr. Santos's villa is really very comfortable. My family and I had a very pleasant vacation. Within the residential complex, you can enjoy quite a bit without going to the beaches, which was great. The only drawback we had was at check-in as the manager who was supposed to receive us did not appear. However, a neighbor had the keys and we were able to get in without any problem. The air conditioners cool down very well, although only the master bedroom has a blanket, so it is advisable to bring additional ones. The kitchen has some utensils, but I suggest you ask all the necessary questions about what you may need before you arrive to be well prepared. I want to thank Mrs. Lucia for giving us a complimentary night due to the inconvenience that arose. Overall, I highly recommend it and would definitely come back again. It was a very positive experience!
