Farmhouse with pool by the Adriatic coast

The house was finished in 2013 to top standard after a couple of years of restoring an old farmhouse. The house is situated just outside the village of Palmoli. The downstairs area is an open plan kitchen/living room with a big fireplace, sofa and extendable dining table and a bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a large bathroom. The two double bedrooms have amazing views to wake up to. Outside there is a huge patio with a view and a big pool area with sun chairs and a BBQ.

Il Melograno House: lavender, views and beaches

We'd like to share our special house with you, we're lucky enough to own a lavender farm ,surrounded by amazing country views with the spectacular Maiella mountains in the background. We've rebuilt The Melograno House with original antique Abruzzo bricks and have created a retro house with a mix of old and new. We're close to the great towns of Vasto, Termoli and Lanciano with their clean and beautiful beaches , only a couple of hours away from Rome and 40 mins from Pescara airport.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

Air conditioning and underfloor heating. Ideal for enjoying the summer nightlife of the Riviera and the peace and tranquility of the sea in winter.

The accomodation is situated in the historical center area; 80 sqm with 2 balconies, it has been newly renovated and made confortable for the ideal needs of a family; it is close to unique panoramic views as the "belvedere" with the breathtaking view of the gulf. We are close to the public garden (la Villa) where children and families are active. Less than 100 meters from the house there is the bus stop leading to the sea (7-8 minutes by car)

Colle dell'Erco house is a completely renovated vacation home, surrounded by olive trees and overlooking the Sangro Valley and the Trabocchi Coast. It is 3 km from the sea and the bike path. Here you can stay in one of our two studios equipped with all comforts. Guests have access to the outdoor area, barbecue area and everything they need to enjoy nature in total relaxation.
