Great support from the host, friendliness and availability. Completely as described. Central area and close to many points of interest. Not much parking, you have to look for a bit.

It was very useful to have some little things at home that you can't find on a plane, also because you don't want to spend money for a few days. You were very kind and helpful! The location of your house is magical, you feel like in a real Italy, with great cafes and beautiful houses. I give you an 11 out of 10 :) We will definitely come back for a beautiful BBQ next year. we stayed with Andrea for 1 week and felt very comfortable. The beach is right outside the terrace door, which was mega convenient with children. We actually didn't use the pool often. the kitchen equipment could be a bit more, otherwise you have to rinse everything with 4 people after each meal, so that there is enough cutlery etc. for next time. thank you for everything 😊

Top location, the property is located directly on the beach. Umbrellas and sun loungers are available for beach stays. The apartment leaves nothing to be desired, it has everything you need.

Very positive experience. Alessia is extremely kind and immediate responses! The apartment, as a place and layout, perfect for a family and a relaxing vacation. A plus the pool for how it is managed and maintained. Repeat and recommend experience!

The Host Alessandro was immediately available to respond to our requests and provide useful information for the stay. He even made us find a local confectionery specialty (Bocconotti) as a welcome. The apartment was clean and well furnished with all comforts. Alessandro also gave us a can of oil he made. Simply put, it made us feel at home in our home. Great experience!!!! Beautiful holiday in total relaxation. Very nice house, nearby beach with private umbrella. Mrs. Carla was very kind, the day after our arrival she gave us the Abruzzo bites, a very good typical dessert.

Residence connected to the hotel, therefore flexibility of the apartment but with attached the services of the hotel. Large bright apartment with all comf1ort. highly recommended.

beautiful accommodation, clean and complete with everything (washing machine and dishwasher included) The apartment is in a great location with respect to the sea. The only drawback is the railway very close, however with the air conditioning, you can sleep with the windows closed and the problem is solved. Great accommodation

Giovanni is a very kind and responsive host! A small gift for our children was waiting for us on arrival, which clearly touched us a lot. The apartment is beautiful, bright and spacious. It is very well equipped and it can be noted that compared to other rental apartments, the equipment of this one is regularly renewed to give a new look. We also really enjoyed the private parking space and the access to the beach 2 minutes' walk away. We will be delighted to stay in this accommodation for our next stay in Montesilvano.

Enrico made us feel so welcome. He took so much time to make sure that we were settled in and knew where to go out for the evening. He even parked my car for me after helping me find a parking space. We only stayed there for a short while but would thoroughly recommend Enrico and his lovely apartment

Since I had a wedding in Pescara, I decided to indulge in some relaxation among the olive trees of Silvi... The house is beautiful and clean, in a relaxing and quiet area! Brunella and Gaetano were kind and helpful hosts, they gave me tips on where to get the best brunch, the nearest beaches and the most interesting places to see in the surrounding area. The hammock overlooking the sea was my favorite part of the house!!

Lovely spacious, sunny apartment. Lots of little extras. Beautifully clean, very comfortable, nice terrace, air con works really well. 10 mins walk from station, supermarket a few steps away. Very easy to walk to centre and beach

We had a wonderful time in the very nice apartment. Lucilla is a very courteous and friendly hostess. The location of the apartment was perfect for us. Close to the beach and a terrace with absolute privacy. Everything was very straightforward and we were able to experience a completely beautiful holiday from day 1. Thank you for everything.
