A large studio with 3 windows that open onto a vast, peaceful natural landscape. In both summer and winter, this cottage offers a splendid view of the surrounding mountain ranges and the quaint little villages of Valromey. Access is via an external stone staircase, which leads to a large entrance hall.

In the heart of the old village of Culoz, it has a south-facing terrace and a small adjoining meadow that is reached by a door. It is ideal for family, friends and athletes with many hikes and mountain lakes to discover! Lake Bourget is a 5-minute drive away and Aix les Bains is less than 30 minutes away.

Come and discover our region of Bugey, with these many walks, lakes, marshes of Lavours... located in the countryside in the center of the village near small shops ( grocery store / bakery). Quiet and peaceful place to recharge.We are at the foot of the great Colombier which is now known thanks to the tour of France. For our cycling friends we provide a closed bicycle room. We have 2 cats, they may visit you, but they are good pasta
