The accommodation consists of a bright living room with equipped kitchen, a sleeping area with a bed (140) and a relaxation area with sofa bed. Bathroom and separate toilet.

This cozy studio is equipped with a fitted kitchen, a living room with TV (Netflix), a desk area with Wi-Fi, a comfortable bed, a bathroom with separate toilet.

Relax in this unique and tranquil space. Located near the new Rennes-Angers axis, as a couple or for work, you will spend pleasant nights in an atypical setting. Day use possible upon availability upon request. The accommodation is of course completely non-smoking. The price indicated for 2 people is for one bed (for the sofa bed with sheets, a supplement will be requested). The space is a fully open space, not suitable for colleagues.

Following unpleasant experiences, a cleaning fee (€25) will be charged if the accommodation is not left clean.

We are located in the municipality of MERAL in Mayenne. We offer a small furnished outbuilding totally separate from our main home. There are two bedrooms upstairs. One with 1 double bed and the other with 2 double beds. wifi and tv weekly rate: 35 euros per night: 1 bed 10 euros extra per bed per night weekend rate: 60 euros per night and same principle as the weekly rate for extra people.
