The house has all comforts and is located in Cuglieri, an ancient mountain town just 15 minutes from the sea on the West coast of the island. The geographical position is favorable to many trips to the island. The landscapes are uncontaminated. At a short distance, there are rocky beaches and kilometers of white sandy beaches (Sinis area). The house has two roof terraces with breathtaking views. Care and cleanliness in the house! Wifi. A garage is available for motorbikes only (maximum 3).

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.
