Casa Melograno

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

Casa Machiavelli

Large 120-square-meter apartment in the historic center of Cuglieri overlooking the main street, on the second floor of a family building from the 1920s. You will find an old house that has retained the original furnishings and the Deco spirit of the time. The building was originally acquired by my great-grandfather and still belongs to my family. We live on the third floor (two adults and a child), while guests will have the entire apartment on the second floor.

Abbiamo terminato da poco un accurato restauro di questo appartamento dotato di ogni confort e con aria condizionata per l'estate. Le antiche pareti in pietra danno alla casa un fascino particolare. Non c’é la terrazza ma le 3 grandi finestre del soggiorno offrono una vista mare con tramonti spettacolari!! Nel cortile c’è un angolo di relax per ammirare meravigliosi cieli stellati .
