Monthly Rentals in Crystal Cove, Newport Beach

This apartment was exactly what I needed. It had all the amenities to make my stay comfortable, and its location was unbeatable—close to everything! I especially loved walking around the neighborhood, which was super charming and full of character. The apartment itself was cozy and well-maintained, and working with the management company was seamless from start to finish. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. Thank you Tower 17! :)

We recently stayed at 212 1/2 Marguerite in Corona Del Mar and were very happy with the condo and our host. It was perfectly located one block from the beach and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The rooftop area with hot tub and outdoor fireplace with a view of the Pacific was wonderful as well as the lovely and well equipped apartment. We were in contact with Diana initially with questions and to resolve some things with the fireplace and hot tub, which she was very responsive and took care of right away. We had a lovely stay and were very happy with our host and the condo.

James made it very easy to understand how to get into the room. This was an incredible place to stay. Very clean, quiet, and lots of places to walk to on the island. Thankfully James’ place is further down the island, making it easy for us to find a parking space compared to some houses closer to the main road on the island. The price was great, and we would definitely stay here again.

This property was wonderful! Great location and many activities you can do with your family or friends. The suite was exactly as shown in pics and very clean. The host was very responsive and constantly communicating info needed.
