The Annex

The annex is a charming renovated self-contained studio apartment which provides a cosy & comfortable base to enjoy the surrounding Cotswolds countryside & villages. Set on the edge of the village in a quiet location with good access roads. A local pub & village shop within walking distance. There are a broad range of activities within the Cotswolds lakes such as plenty of walks nearby including the Thames path & bird watching points. 10 min drive away is Cirencester a vibrant market town.

Ashley Barn

The well appointed annexe apartment has its own entrance, parking outside and is self contained with king size bedroom, sitting room, kitchenette (please read below) and bathroom with a bath and separate shower. With glorious views across the fields to see horses and sheep grazing in the fields beyond. This annexe is quiet, comfortable and secluded, with tea and coffee provisions provided. Please note the doorways to the bedroom and bathroom are not as high as UK standard. No Smoking

Swallow Barn

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Situated in the Cotswolds AONB on the outskirts of Tetbury, a stones through from the Royal Gardens of Highgrove, Gatcombe, Westonbirt Arboretum and Badminton. Swallow Barn is a converted old cow shed on an organic mixed farm that is teeming with both flora and fauna. Great for picturesque walks or a visit to the historic market town of Tetbury or cirencester. A peaceful getaway with occasional noises of farm machinery or farm animals.

Hello! We're Em and James! We live on the Chavenage Estate which is home to four generations of James’s family. We wanted to share our space, and our love of the outdoors with you here in the beautiful South Cotswolds. We love exploring the countryside so we have created our cabin in the woods for you to immerse yourself in nature, reconnect with each other and unwind with some simple luxuries. We have a wonderful cafe on site and stunning Tetbury as our nearest town (5 min drive)

Minnow Cottage is a beautiful 200 year old Cotswold cottage set on a little stream in the charming and quirky village of Chalford . Although petite in stature, the cottage oozes character with low ceilings and beams and has all the qualities needed if you are looking for a rural retreat or romantic break. There is a village shop and cafe all within a few minutes walk. The property has its own parking and all the amenities to make it a great base from which to explore the Cotswolds.

The Stableyard

Nestling within the beautiful golden valley in the heart of the Cotswolds is The Stableyard, a recently converted stable building positioned next to a 16th century mill owner's house, The Old Valley Inn. The Stableyard is the perfect, peaceful place for a couple to unwind and enjoy this fantastic area, which boasts a picturesque canal path and walks a plenty. Not that easy to find. Welcome to our modern yet cosy Mews House! We’d love you to come and visit the beautiful Cotswolds from our quiet retreat. The Mews is fully equipped with a kitchen, shower room, King Size bed and wood burning stove to keep you warm and provide an ideal location to relax and enjoy your own choice of food. We have everything you’ll need including oven, microwave, dishwasher, and we will gladly help with anything you might need during your stay. We look forward to welcoming you!

Situated just 5 minutes drive from historic Malmesbury, a self-contained studio coach house, ideal for exploring the beautiful Cotswolds. The coach house includes a kingsize bed, sofa, TV, Wi-fi and separate shower room. The kitchen area has an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and wine cooler. There is a large secluded garden for your own use, seating area and car parking. We are also a 10 minute walk (or a 2 minute car drive) from the popular Horse & Groom Pub.
