Lovely little cottage for a weekend break. We liked that there was a space for the dog to walk straight from the cottage. It.was a great base to explore from. Hosts allowed late check in and were easy to contact. Lovely little touches, like Welsh cakes and board games. Thank you

Fresh bread croissants and the log fire was amazing. plenty of room for 2 adults 2 children and a toddler. The accomodation was lovely, clean, neat, had everything we needed, towels, tea, coffee etc. The surroundings are lovely, with a paved footpath along the Towy river for those who love to walk. Highly recommend, Ralph was a lovely host, very proactive and quick to reply throughout the day.

Exceptional Airbnb Stay in Gorslas Our stay at this Airbnb in Gorslas was nothing short of perfect! The home was absolutely impeccable - every detail had been thoughtfully considered. The furnishings were of exceptional quality, and I must specifically mention the impressive Le Creuset collection in the kitchen which made cooking during our stay a real pleasure. Em was an incredible host - so helpful and responsive to all our needs. It was a lovely personal touch when his mum came by to check on us and make sure we had everything we needed. This kind of hospitality made us feel truly welcome. The location was ideal for exploring Carmarthen and the surrounding areas. We found it easy to get around while still enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of Gorslas. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area. We will definitely be returning on our next visit to Wales!

The Old Trout: West Wales Rural Barn Retreat

MarkRating, 5 stars5 months ago
This is a quiet peaceful place in rural west Wales. If that is where you want / need to be then this Air B&B is the best - certainly as good as or better than anywhere else you could stay. 5 stars for everything. Thank you Martin and Isobel.

Charming Barn Conversion - Idyllic Rural Retreat

TimeaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Peaceful rural retreat is what we needed. Very cosy and clean barn conversion. We loved the privacy, the secure garden for the dog, walking alongside the river end of the day, sitting outside under the roofed terrace and snuggle on the sofabed by the log burner on rainy days. So great to see all the farm animals wondering around freely and finding fresh eggs on your doorstep in the morning (thanks for your hen). Clear instruction to find the farm, lot of places and walks around to visit. If you love nature and animals this is the right place for you and your dog!
