130 m2 house. (this is my primary residence, so with personal belongings) Located 15 min from Grenoble, 10 min from the bus bright accommodation, very nice view. I do NOT accept people who have bed bugs, for the good of all! following unpleasant surprises, do not bring more people than declared! 5 maximum! Chartreuse wooden house

Welcome to La Pequina! My father and brother built this little Chartreuse wooden house last year. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room open to the kitchen and a very large terrace. There is no one opposite, the view overlooks Chamechaude, the highest mountain in Chartreuse, on one side and the Charmant-Som on the other. In summer you will find nice walks, in winter you will enjoy cross-country skiing, sledding and beginner slopes.

We offer you for rent part of our carefully renovated house. It is located in the heart of a typical Savoyard village with panoramic views of the Chartreuse mountain range. All shops and restaurants are steps from the house. Rivieralp Leisure Center with ecological swimming is a 3-minute walk away. Free parking is right next to the accommodation, we have a private courtyard for motorcycles. Breakfast on request for an extra 7 euros.

We offer an independent house in the Grésivaudan Valley, between Grenoble and Chambéry. Single-story, cozy and very bright, with private garden and parking space. It is located in the center of the village, next to the owners' house (not overlooked) in a quiet area. It is located between the Chartreuse and Belledonne mountain ranges.
