Great location only a block away from the beach. Parking space was also very ideal since unloading the car took little time compared to going to a garage. Perfect place for staying in VA Beach

We liked the location of this apartment and the lovely extra hospitality touches. There is noise from the above apartment, so make sure to bring your earplugs in case you get heavy footed neighbors. Beds were comfortable, blackout curtains were a nice touch, and the place was nice and clean and pretty.

We had such a great stay at this Airbnb—it was exactly as advertised and perfect for our family. The space was clean, cozy, and all instructions were clear and easy to follow. Kevin was helpful and responsive. We really appreciated the code entry to the main areas — it made us feel safe and secure in a busy area that we weren’t familiar. The pool was a huge bonus, and the beach toys provided were a nice added touch, especially with kids. The location truly couldn’t have been better—super walkable to the beach, grocery store, restaurants, shops, and lots of activities. On-site parking was a total win since parking in the area can be a challenge. We really enjoyed our time here and would absolutely love to stay again if we return. Highly recommend!

Such a great location, get on the beach in a 2 min walk. Close proximity to anything needed and all the fun in the area!

This stay was above and beyond our expectations. It was a last minute trip for us and we were lucky to book this spot! The unit was very clean, pool/beach towels provided, plenty of games to play when it rained. Everything was great. The Mexican restaurant on site was also delicious. The only downside was that parking was a little tight, but the assigned parking was fantastic.

What an amazing stay! I've never been satisfied with an Airbnb, the photos always are so much nicer than the reality - but Big Blue was actually even better than advertised! Merlyn's communication prior to arrival made things very easy. Accessing the unit was simple, and I felt safe with the self-locking doors. The unit was clean and so comfortable, with many personal touches - I instantly felt at home. I was overjoyed when I arrived and toured the unit. Really exceeded my expectations which was such a different feeling than all the other Airbnb I've rented over the years. The beach access was tidy and pretty, the gym and beach gear a nice touch, and the foot wash station was appreciated after my morning walks with the dog. I really can't say enough great things about my stay here. Hosts were friendly and helpful every step of the way. We mostly spent our time traveling around the area from VA Beach to OBX so I can't speak much about Norfolk/Ocean View. I would def rent Big Blue again.

I honestly couldn’t get this place a better review. You get exactly what you expect and it is priced well for the area, location, and Hadley is a great host. The host is very responsive and communicates well of her expectations and fulfilling yours.

My daughter and I had a great stay. I didn't see the negative that was posted in other reviews. Very cozy and simple place; the only negative is based on my personality. I like to know in advance check-out procedures to execute how the sponsor wishes—plenty of close-by activities and close enough to the beach. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We had an outstanding stay! Three generations and a one night trip and yet this host and house made it feel like a whole weekend getaway. The unit is spacious and wrapped in ocean views! The three rooms are great sizes and the beds were very comfortable so was the temperature in the unit. The kitchen was just like home maybe nicer and fully stocked so you can cook or bake! Ice maker and coolers and so much toys for the kiddos we didn’t have anything with us and yet needed nothing! This was a breathtaking trip in a home away from home and Mike and his cute pups were wonderful company when we crossed paths. We can’t wait to come back and highly recommend this to anyone wanting a care free amazing trip! Don’t think twice, book!

My family had a wonderful stay at Anne and Bill's place. Their home was perfect for a beach getaway in Sandbridge. It was very comfortable, clean, and had all of the necessities to make for an easy, relaxing trip. Bill met us to let us in and show us around the property and was very friendly. It felt more like staying at a friend's home than a rental. We would love to stay there again any time we make it back to Sandbridge.

Beautiful studio/apartment with an amazing view of the beach! Everything is easily accessible and close by to walk to! Definitely would recommend!

The stay was very nice and the actually Airbnb smelled very good, like fresh laundry, which I love. The place was decorated nicely and had everything we needed but the couch wasn’t very comfortable and looked like it might need a professional cleaning. But all in all it was nice and we had a comfortable stay, I would definitely recommend it to someone else and I would stay there again.

Brooke is super awesome! We had to book at the very last minute as our reservation with another host fell through and Brooke was so prompt and nice to let us book!! The hotel itself is a little dated but it was kept so clean and organized. The amenities like the pools, hot tub, and fitness center are all nice and well kept as well. The staff is super friendly and always so helpful! The location is PERFECT! Overall, if you’re looking for an affordable and clean place to spend an enjoyable beach vacation—Brooke’s place should be a top pick!

Spacious 2 bed/2 bath combo on a golf course in the Kingsmill Resort. Place is exactly as it looks in the photos posted and furniture was comfortable. Easy parking as well. I would definitely stay here again.

This studio is perfect for a 2-person getaway! It had everything we needed and is in a great location right at the top of the boardwalk and right near the beach. There are several restaurant options and shops within walking distance and the bikes were definitely a bonus. We really enjoyed riding them on the boardwalk bike path! Kim and Owen were excellent hosts and very friendly and communicative right from the get go! Their place was clean, up to date, and the perfect size for 2 people looking to enjoy the beach. Thank you both for such a wonderful stay!

Wonderful stay at this lovely condo! The location is phenomenal - Right next to the boardwalk leading to the beach. So many great restaurants within walking distance & easy to access parking & the property itself. Highly recommend!
