Ovaj moderni smještaj površine 100m2 savršen je odabir za četiri osobe. Sastoji se od dvije spavaće sobe s bračnim krevetima, kupaonom s kadom i tuš kabinom, wc-om, dnevnim boravkom, kuhinjom s blagovaonom te terasom od 11m2. Stan je u potkrovlju obiteljske kuće te je moderno uređen. U sklopu smještaja dolazi veliki TV s Playstation-om 4, četiri klima uređaja, perilicom posuđa, perilicom rublja, indukcijskom pločom, pećnicom te frižiderom side-by-side, parkingom te grill-om u sklopu dvorišta.

The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and a parasol by the pool.

Our house is located in the peaceful part of Dramalj, near the main road Jadranska magistrala, what makes it very easy to find. Also, the uninterrupted beautiful sea view, which you can enjoy from our apartment and every corner of the garden and terraces, will transfer you to a vacation mode ASAP. Nearest beachs (rocks/pebbles, larger rock fragments ) are only 10-15minutes walk from the house, but, return could take a bit longer up hill :). There is a parking lot close to the beach also.

This three-bedroom and three-bathroom villa includes everything you can think of having during your vacation. Big living room space has incorporated dining room and the kitchen. Overlooking nature on one side and a beautiful sea view on the other, guests will enjoy spectacular scenery during their stay. Large windows allow plenty of natural light and provide spectacular views of the surroundings.

The apartment is located between Novi Vinodolski and Selce, its in a very quiet area so you can relax and injoy your vacation. The beach in located in Novi Vinodolski or Selce and its about 5 km away. If you want sandy beach, there is Crikvenica and its about 8 km away from the apartment. We have a grill area with a stone table and wooden benches were you can eat or just relax and have a cold drink. There is alot of room for parking and its just a few meters from the apartment.

White Apartment

Our house is located in Čižići, approximately 50 meters from the beach. The property boasts a quiet and secluded location with shaded on-site parking. The apartment has a private entryway/balcony, and a big terrace with the beautiful sea and garden views. Inside is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed , bathroom with shower, kitchen/dining room, and living room with a pull-out sofa. In the back of the house we have common dining and BBQ area and outside shower to enjoy.
