Barbara and Gunther were nothing less than the perfect hosts. Their place is fantastic, great location and spotless. MauMau is the friendliest cat I have ever met and has pushed me to get a cat of my own! Barbara and Gunther went out of their way to make our stay fantastic, provided great snacks, recommendations and an amazing place to stay which felt homely as well as being spotlessly clean. We will certainly be returning if we are in LA again, and will be recommending to any friends and family. The guys were extremely friendly and we couldn’t recommend them enough.

Our stay was excellent. The location in K-town was great for quickly getting to restaurants and the apartment itself was very clean. Popping over to the grocery store next door and having access to an air fryer while we’re on the road was a surprising luxury. The team did their best to get us a mail key when we realized a family member needed to send us something; though the response wasn’t immediately prompt, they were able to help us find a solution before checking out.

I love this condo in Westwood -- I am a return customer. FABULOUS location in Westwood near everything and perfect for UCLA. It has parking (!!) and a pool and you can walk to campus, walk to Target (many time if you are helping a student move. Many, many times!) Lots of restaurants all over and Trader Joe's right downstairs. The place is lovely. Great kitchen and bathroom. Super clean and lots of fun.

Cozy and clean space in Culver City! Lots of good places to eat nearby. The space itself was as described and the host was very proactive about reaching out about things.

This place is a studio apartment on the top floor of a secure apartment building. It felt slightly bigger than what photos have suggested. There's Ralphs supermarket 3-min walk away where one can purchase groceries. The area is safe enough to walk through, but I wouldn't recommend going for long strolls. The parking is convenient and easily accessible. The bed is very comfortable, sheets could be washed and dried during a longer stay, which is a plus. The kitchen had all the basic necessities (knives, plates), but is not equipped for daily cooking at home (e.g.: there are no salad bowl, full size chopping board or various sized saucers). Overall, a joy. Would definitely recommend the apartment, it felt like home. Things to improve: -The bedside lamp was not working. -It would be great to have a small vacuum cleaner in the apartment - it gets dusty/dirty quickly and the broom wasn't sufficient enough to tackle the dirty floors -Better equipped kitchen -The shower head water pressure

If you're looking for a place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the place for you! This place has *everything* (literally) to help you unwind, all you have to do is show up and relax. Not to mention the beautiful mountain views and the awesome drives down the winding roads! Char was super responsive and readily available if you needed anything. Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your little slice of paradise. It reminded us as to why we love California so much!

We stayed at this beautiful home for our daughter's college graduation. The property offered a peaceful place for us to unwind each evening after days full of graduation activities. Lori was a sweet heart and very accommodating. The house was very clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. I highly recommend this property.

Michael and the other hosts were extremely welcoming, helpful and responsive to any questions I had before, during and after the stay. Would recommend the location, walkable to many restaurants, easy Waymo or Rideshare pickup, and a very secure area all around. If I ever make it back to L.A., I hope to book my stay here again!

My family of 3 had a relaxing stay at Daniel's pool oasis. The location in a peaceful neighborhood immediately made us feel safe and at ease. It is clear that Daniel has put a lot of thought into creating a comfortable and well-appointed space. The manual provided was detailed and full of helpful information about the house and the surrounding area. The beautiful patio and yard, complete with a stunning pool and hot tub, provided the perfect setting to unwind after a busy day. The beds and bedding were comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The kitchen was well equipped. I appreciated touches like the dimmer function on all the lights, allowing us to create the perfect ambiance. The decor throughout the house was lovely, and the abundance of games and books was a nice bonus. Daniel's place was cozy and comfortable – the perfect haven to relax and recharge. I appreciated Daniel’s professionalism and thoughtfulness to ensure a positive experience. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Bianca’s place. She was exceptionally responsive and helpful whenever we reached out to her. The place is exactly as it is described. We particularly enjoyed being able to walk to so many great restaurants. Also, Pavillions (supermarket) is a short walk to pick up supplies. We would book this again!

It was the same as the picture, and the host's response was quick, so it was nice. But the house on the first floor and in the garage? I kept the curtains closed because it felt the same. And check-out is at 11:00, but around 10:48? I was surprised by the sound of people cleaning typing the password.

This is one of the best Airbnbs we've stayed at. The location is incredibly walkable, check-in was a breeze, amenities were as advertised and Janis shared so many amazing local recommendations. The space is beautiful and incredibly clean. There was nespresso with a milk foamer and she generously had some drinks and chocolate when we checked in. Will definitely be staying here again in the future, can't recommend a better place to stay in Culver.

This was the second time we rented this house. Truly accommodating for my family. We are a traveling family of 8 and never felt crowded, everyone had their space. Kitchen was big and spacious, yard was a great place to relax and read. We will definitely stay again. Deborah was a wonderful host easy to message and making sure the house was clean and meticulous for the each guest who reserves the house.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Great location, walking distance to Abbot Kinney Boulevard which was fantastic with great food and drink options. Anita communicated well and we would recommend this place to anyone visiting Venice Beach!!

Peter was the best host! Not only were the check in instructions great with photo examples to aid a smooth process but he was willing to work with me on checkout time. I came for work and left my belongings at the apartment thinking I would be back in time before checkout and Peter was not only helpful but very understanding. Being able to check in very late after a long flight with front desk security made it really easy and comfortable. It was so quiet! Which is surprising for the area. The space was more spacious and beautiful in person. Can’t wait to book this for visiting friends

Very well-furnished with all the amenities. Our hosts even had cold drinks in the fridge for us. Both Tianna and Grant were very responsive and friendly. Only 5min to LAX

The stay was very comfortable & homey. Great kitchen & living room space. Big bedroom with washer and dryer. Much bigger in person than it looks on the app. I recommend this play for a quiet getaway & subtle experience. Very quiet and peaceful, plus the hosts were great. Very responsive and proactive, answered any and all questions I had quickly.

I had an incredible extended stay at Adam's place! It was very clean, quiet and in a great location. I was so happy and I highly recommend staying there. Adam was very responsive and I didn't have one issue!
