We had a great stay in Xaintrie in the house of Marion and Laurent who are super nice, who have restored and furnished with great taste. The house has a lot of charm (it is superb, we loved it). In addition, the setting is beautiful and quiet. It has everything you need. Honestly, we'd go back in a heartbeat. It was great. Thanks again to Marion and Laurent.

We had a lovely stay. the accommodation offers a beautiful setting in the rural Lot and the furniture mixes old and modern. you will be happy to rest there after a day of hiking around Rocamadour. I recommend it to all lovers of the rustic thank you Gemma!

Beautiful and spacious home in quiet village. Le Centenaire restaurant was walkable and provided good food and drink. Loved the farmhouse table in the kitchen and we spent many meals there or on the deck table. Many hot air balloons over the deck in the evenings. Kitchen was very well stocked for in home food preparation. Beds very comfortable. Very clean and well appointed.

Our stay was simply exceptional thanks to the warm and caring welcome from our host. The house, beautiful and perfectly located in the heart of an incredible region, exceeded all our expectations. We spent a night at Virginia’s place and we did not want to leave, it was so peaceful and relaxing. The parking was easy and next to the property and Virginia greeted us on our arrival. The property was amazing and the grounds very extensive with lovely views. We would definitely stay here again if ever we are in the area. An exceptional stay: a beautiful house, very friendly hosts and a very beautiful garden! We enjoyed spending time on the terrace as the calm and view are soothing! We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed the apartment and its terraced garden. The view from the terrace is a pleasant one overlooking rooftops and towards a hill. It was nice to meet Ralf on arrival who showed us around, explained how the apartment worked and had time to have a chat - so much nicer than arriving to a lockbox. This is a new listing so I think almost everything is brand new - which was a plus. The beds were firm and to our liking. The kitchen is well stocked with crockery and cooking utensils - which is great as I like to cook. There is a nice dining table and chairs on the terrace as well as other outdoor furniture. The apartment is really close to the historic centre of Sarlat - probably a five minute walk. Also close by is a bakery and it is only a few minutes walk to the supermarket if you don’t want to drive to the bigger supermarkets on the outskirts of the town. The property has a locked gated entry with parking just to the side of the apartment.

A perfect accommodation located in the old town to take beautiful walks with an ice cream shop close by that we enjoyed. Adrien is very attentive and available to his guests Thanks again for the little gift for us and for our cat. The accommodation is very quiet and peaceful. Fully equipped for a perfect stay, we also enjoyed the garden. We recommend the accommodation without hesitation and we will return without hesitation.

Excellent stay at Agathe's in a small haven of peace in the middle of nature, exotic and relaxing. Feel free to enjoy the hot tub and sauna, a very nice experience despite the bad weather!! We highly recommend this listing.

We just spent a few days at this amazing apartment in La Roque-Gageac. The place is in a building several hundreds of years old, renovated with lots of taste, beautiful and modern bathrooms, a lovely courtyard with tables and chairs to relax in, comfortable beds. Adrien and Marion are a wonderful couple that welcomed us warmly. Our children loved their gentle dog, Indi - we loved the restaurant next door. The perfect place for a glass of wine and a taste of their remarkable food! Right in the center of la Roque-Gageac, loads of things to do such as hikes, castle visits, going to markets, cooking class, biking and canoeing (what we couldn’t do due to poor weather conditions). I highly recommend staying here! All the best to Adrien and Marion!

If you are looking for a quiet but spacious property with sense of freedom this property is perfect. Its large living space offers separation even if travelling in larger groups. It is very secluded so own transport is a must. That said, a short drive into Sarlat is a must. A huge selection of restaurants, bars and local markets and the most picturesque town I think I have ever seen.

Very nice building, exactly matching the description, in a great setting. The small village of Collonges la Rouge is beautiful. Valerie is very responsive to messages. A super beautiful area with lots of things to visit. I recommend it without a problem!

What a delight to arrive in Marcillac-Saint-Quentin! The driveway reveals a well-kept park with a large shared swimming pool. An exceptional welcome from Mariette and Jacques! Mariette is discreet, attentive, very gentle and generous, and has a sense of hospitality. The exposed stone house has a private garden with table, deckchairs and BBQ. - On the ground floor, freshness is welcome: equipped kitchen, Louis Philippe living room, renovated furniture. Majestic open fireplace, ready to be lit. Another nice touch. - Upstairs 2 spacious bedrooms, also well cared for. Quality bedding and linens. It's a pleasure to open the windows in the morning, listen to the birds singing and watch the squirrel jumping from tree to tree. The house located 10 minutes from Sarlat, not far from Lascaux, is perfect for reconnecting with nature. It is a haven of peace with a beautiful energy. We'll be happy to go back! I would highly recommend it

We had a long weekend at Philip's. We were 4 couples of friends and 9 children. The house was very comfortable and well equipped, with all the essentials for cooking, and games for the kids. The garden is huge and very pretty, and we were even able to enjoy the large pool! The kids were delighted to sleep together in the dormitory, which is very large. There are many activities to do in the area, and the house is very peaceful. Philip was flexible on departure and arrival times, which greatly facilitated our organization. In short, we had a great weekend and would recommend!

Serge’s place is amazing. We spent a lovely 10 days there in May and it was exactly what we were looking for. It’s walking distance into the village which has everything you need, and the place itself is clean, well appointed and in a beautiful setting with its own lake. Serge was so responsive and kind to us during the stay too - he went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed ourselves!

We had an amazing 6 days. We adored the gite and we made friends with the chickens, the cat and a local dog. It’s amazing for children. And yet so peaceful. I would highly recommend this place
