Everything is done on foot (bakery, market on Monday, butcher, pizzeria, bar restaurant etc. With the view of the Rhône, the Viarhona nearby, the surrounding mountains, on holiday or passing through, the apartment will be perfect for you. The sofa bed has been replaced by a brand new, very comfortable one!

This accommodation has a resolutely unique style. It is a charming stone house. It is composed of a kitchen, a dining room bathed in light. A staircase leads to a 1st mezzanine serving a toilet, bathroom and a sleeping area with a 160 bed. Another staircase takes you to the living room equipped with a sofa bed (high-end) and TV. A final staircase guides you to a cute attic bedroom composed of 2 single beds for 2 children (the beds can be brought together to make a queen size)

Quiet and natural, change of scenery guaranteed! Les Acacias, gite*** is 8 minutes from Rumilly, 35 minutes from Annecy and Bourget lakes and 45 minutes from Semnoz and Margeriaz ski resorts. The house is on the side of a mountain, in a green setting and close to hiking trails. The 40 m2 apartment, recently renovated with eco-friendly materials, is very nice and tastefully decorated. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). Studio allowing 2 people accompanied by a child to stay, in a charming place reminiscent of mountain chalets. It offers a sunny balcony in the morning but also a large terrace for more space. The kitchen although simple offers the essentials, when in the bedroom it is spacious with its high ceiling, its exposed beams and its small living room or extra bed. When it is cool and during the winter a pellet stove offers its flames and mild heat.

We offer you an independent 22 m² studio, fully equipped and furnished on the ground floor of our house with a private terrace, offering you a magnificent and unobstructed view of the mountain and its woods. The accommodation is halfway between Lake Bourget and Lake Annecy. You can also enjoy nearby ski resorts such as Semnoz, Aillons-Margériaz, Sur Lyand or La Clusaz. The banks of the Rhône are 10 minutes away through the Fier Gorges.

Our independent chalet, not overlooked, between lakes and mountains is ideal for nature-loving couples wishing to relax in peace. The cottage is not suitable for children or infants. At an altitude of 650 m above sea level, the 180° view from the terrace is exceptional over the surrounding mountains. Pets not allowed. There are frequent raptors and other birds as well as large animals ( deer, deer ) depending on the season.
