Private Waterfront Relaxation at Peppermint Cove!

Our spacious camper is lake front with a gorgeous Cove view, sitting on our quiet, peaceful, private property on a private road. No sharing our space, and a 200 ft walk (across from camper) to the water, enjoy our dock with amenities, shady green space by the water, or the outdoor kitchen, patio and firepit at the camper. You’ll have access to our HOA boat ramp. We’re located on the Osage River Arm of Lake of the Ozarks on MM 84 (@ the power lines) and 15 minutes away from Truman Dam and Lake.

Doug and Becky We offer cabins off of 69 highway in Pleasanton, KS, near 2 lakes! We offer nightly, weekly, and monthly rentals. Each cabin is approx 250 Sq ft. Includes TV, Satellite TV, Gigabit Internet, full bath, kitchenette, grill including propane and utensils, (upon request), and a Porch with chairs and table. Community fire pit and picnic tables available. We have both a coffee maker that uses a filter and grounds, and a Keurig for your K-cups. Bring your favorite coffee! Pet Friendly!

The Family Cabin is one of 5 rustic Cabins of Lakeview by Sue Barn Venue. With its own lake view porch too, it holds a max of 6 guests (note fee for more than 4 guests). When not being rented with a wedding/event, it is offered here for those looking for a serene, country stay. All the kitchen accessories, comfy bedding, and plush towels have been provided. The little lake is steps from your front door where you can enjoy the view and a little fishing too. We hope you enjoy a lovely stay!

This property has a large fenced in yard with deck and firepit. Majority of the time you can catch a nice breeze in the backyard while you relax. High speed internet is available-but no TV The property is convenient and easy to access,with a large parking area, although being next to I70 it is not quiet and secluded, expect road noise.( ear plugs and white noise machines are provided.) There is no Laundry-A local Laundromat is available.
