This light & airy studio is on our 2 acre lot separate and private from our house. In a safe neighborhood, 15-20 minutes to Athens, it has a cozy private back porch. We strive to be environmentally conscious- recycling, composting, solar Has queen bed, full bath, internet, TV w/ Roku stick, kitchen nook with sink, hotplate, microwave and small frig (no full stove or grill). Ceiling fans throughout, and quiet mini-split for heat & A/C . A wood stove is available for a $35 fee (notify host).

We've had so much fun hosting our original, The Ivywood Barn, we decided to add on. Welcome to The Ivywood Barn Too! Our home property came with an old horse barn and stables and a feed room; two rooms under one roof. In 2018, we turned the horse barn and stables into The Ivywood Barn. Now we've converted the feed room into The Ivywood Barn Too! Two private rooms, two private entrances under one roof. So, if you're a party of 2, choose either side. If you're a party of 4, choose them both!

This very unique, cool and comfortable two-bedroom apartment is close to the best Athens has to offer. Just one block from the famous Georgia Theater and within walking distance to everything downtown, including restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Sanford Stadium is a short and scenic 10-minute stroll through UGA campus. Located in University Towers, directly across Broad St. from UGAs North Campus and the world-famous Arch. You won't find a better location in downtown Athens.

The Nest, Charming Country Setting south of Athens

This guest suite is located above the detached three car garage across from the main house. Beautiful views of the countryside, including horses and chickens! Sanford Stadium and beautiful downtown Athens are just 14 miles north of us (a 22 minute drive). Historic Madison is 19 miles to the south of us. You are welcome to fish or kayak on our pond as well.
