The house is set in 350m2 of enclosed, private grounds. South-facing. Around it, other houses of the same type and especially the beach accessible on foot through the dunes (about 600m). Kerhillio beach is renowned for surfing, kitesurfing and long walks (approx. 12km from Quiberon beach to Etel). Numerous cycle paths, the town of Erdeven is around 5km away with all shops. Carnac 10 minutes away.
