⛴️ 0.4 miles from the ferry, Castle Copse Annexe is a lovely compact modern self catering property situated in a quiet housing estate and named after the small copse, a few minutes walk away. Walk through the copse, and it will lead you to the town centre, where you will find shops, cafe's, pharmacies, and supermarkets. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach & crossing to Cowes. The annexe is only suitable for a max of 2 persons and unsuitable for small children due to the stairs, & sofa layout.

A converted one bedroom Victorian flat in the seaport town of Cowes with on street parking. Ten minutes walk from the Red Jet high speed ferry terminal, Cowes high street and the floating ferry to East Cowes. A five minute walk to the nearest supermarket or ten minutes walk into town for more options. A very light and airy first floor flat with a large living room, bedroom with king size bed, kitchen, bathroom and separate WC. A small balcony on the front of the flat looks down to the sea.

Recently built by ourselves New England style detached villa with 2 bedrooms, sea views and a private enclosed garden. The Master bedroom has an en-suite shower. The bathroom has a bath with shower over. The second bedroom has twin beds and a view over the rear garden and the countryside beyond. There is an open plan living space. Views of the sea from the front sitting area and master bedroom French doors from the dining area open onto a large raised deck with steps down into the garden.

Little Greatfield is a character 2 bedroom cottage

Unique situation this detached cottage, with an EV charger, is within the Greatfield estate and has beautiful private gardens within a parkland setting. There is a private security gate for access. We are a short walk (5 mins) from Bucklers Hard village and Beaulieu River, where you will find the Master Builders hotel and pub, the Marina and the Maritime Museum. For the hotel restaurant advance booking is recommended. There is a lovely riverside walk to Beaulieu village ( 2.5 miles ).

A charming little wooden house by the sea

This quirky attractive vintage little cottage is perfect for getting away from it all and relaxing in idyllic surroundings. Just a few metres from the lovely pebbly Gurnard beach, this fully refurbished historical little wooden building is set back from the road and tucked away behind our wild garden. It is accessed from its own car parking space via a little path. At the rear, a small stream goes to the sea and a large oak tree provides shelter to birds and a relaxing swing seat.

Includes a fridge with water, tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer, WiFi, TV, iron, towels, and toiletries, microwave, toaster, plates etc. Outside rack for two bicycles, with a cover. Free off road parking right outside. Breakfast is not included, but there are local cafes, perfect for breakfast and a local pub that serves food daily, takeaways. Nicely tucked away by Gurnard Seafront.

The floating bridge is steps away from the front door and you can hop on it for a few pennies to reach West Cowes. Seals have also been seen bobbing up and down just outside the house !
