It is also surrounded by the best hunting and fishing locations in the Mid-west.The house is located only 10 miles from Lovewell State Park, 10 miles from the Jamestown Marsh Wildlife area, and 40 miles from Waconda Lake . Also, Belleville, Beloit and Concordia are all within a 30 minute drive.

This tiny little village offers everything from a local bar and grill to nearby internationally-recognized museums.

Mankato offers unique local stores, restaurants, music events, beautiful park, public pool, nearby lake and attractions, seasonal hunting and fishing, and a happy small town vibe.

The house has a great three bedroom layout including two rooms with king beds and one room with twin bunk beds. Great yard with large fenced in backyard.
