A stylish guest suite located in the heart of the city of Courtenay. This one-bed, one bath suite is ground floor and fully loaded! W/D, full kitchen, a deep tub, heated bathroom tiles and all brand new. We are not finished our landscaping, but we have an inflatable hot tub in a cute designated patio area. Bright and open 1300 Sq. ft. two bedroom lower suite with patio and seasonal pool (May - Oct). Spectacular mountain & glacier views from main living area, master bedroom, and of course the pool. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry and charging TESLA EV. Radiant heat means no air exchange with upstairs unit. New BBQ added in 2021. Pool patio has sunshine from mid morning till late evening. Large outdoor dinning table with umbrella seats 6, plus various lounge chairs on pool deck.
