A stylish guest suite located in the heart of the city of Courtenay. This one-bed, one bath suite is ground floor and fully loaded! W/D, full kitchen, a deep tub, heated bathroom tiles and all brand new. We are not finished our landscaping, but we have an inflatable hot tub in a cute designated patio area.
