Fantastic days in a beautiful accommodation. In the middle of the city and yet very quiet. The pool, the table tennis table and the garden ensure beautiful moments outside. You'll feel right at home in the property. We fully recommend the property.

Very clean, spacious and well-equipped studio. Quiet and well located place to discover by car Sète, Montpellier, Saint Guilhem le Désert among others thanks to the private and secure parking space. 10 min walk from Balaruc les Bains city center. Close to shops. Amandine is a very responsive and welcoming host. We recommend it.

Very pleasant stay. Very nice accommodation with blue decor, cheerful and bright. True to the description and photos. All the hosts we met were very nice!! Small downside: the building's exterior maintenance really leaves something to be desired.

We had a great time at Julien's place. The neighborhood is quiet, close to the old town and the train station on foot. Good little restaurants nearby. The building is very quiet. The apartment is comfortable, well-equipped, well-decorated; good bedding. Contact with Julien is easy. We recommend it.

Accommodation beyond my expectations, very well arranged and equipped, convenient and well located, between the Port Marianne station (TaM 1 and 3, 10 min walk) and Pablo Picasso (5 min), shops very close, restaurants and Lez Market. The apartment is really nice to live in every day! As for Gabriel, a thoughtful, welcoming, caring and attentive host, before and during the stay, even if I didn't really need it, just to settle the details of the departure. Very responsive. Ultra modern accommodation, tastefully decorated with all the necessary amenities and more. Ideal for relaxing on a deckchair or with bubbles in the jacuzzi. Céline and Olivier are adorable, welcoming and attentive to their guests and their needs. We highly recommend it.

Clean and perfectly located apartment, with a superb terrace offering views of both the beach and the garden. I recommend it, even if the price in my case was a bit expensive (with a big AirB&B commission). Only downside: bed linen and towels are not included, but it is very easy to rent on site.

Celine is available, flexible and responsive. The accommodation is in new condition close to the port and the main ones. Parking and secure building. Celine is present at checkout and on arrival. Great human connection, a pleasure!
