Our charming and spacious apartment is located on the 1st floor of a villa whose ground floor is neither inhabited nor rented to ensure you have a quiet stay. Very bright, it is conveniently located 15 minutes from the beaches, in a residential and peaceful area, close to the center of the village, shops and Montpellier. This 70 m2 2-bedroom apartment was completely renovated in 2025 to offer you a cozy nest. A large balcony overlooks the Mediterranean garden, parking area and swimming pool reserved for you.
