L'appartement se situe au cœur d'Évry à moins de 400 mètres du train (RER D) et à 600 mètres du centre commercial Evry 2. La mairie, l'université, les banques sont à moins de 5 minutes à pied. L'appartement est très lumineux et exceptionnellement bien isolé (isolation phonique et thermique). Vous pourrez rejoindre la station Paris Gare de Lyon en 40 minutes maximum en prenant le RER D (train). En voiture, la tour Eiffel se situe à 35/40 minutes Bienvenue :)

Cozy apartment, located in a very quiet small family residence of 3 floors. Double glazed windows, hardwood floors throughout the apartment, fully equipped kitchen. The building is very well located, 5min from the Evry-Courcouronnes train station, and 5min from the shopping center "Le spot Evry2", basic necessities shops in the immediate vicinity (bakery, pharmacy, health center, pizzeria etc...) and a few minutes from the highway and the national road.
