We had a great time at Pascal and Sandrine's place. The services offered were top notch. A five out of five for the exceptional quality of the bedding. I would gladly recommend this cottage to all my loved ones. And of course the little surprise on Sunday morning for breakfast. Thanks to Pascal and Sandrine for this pleasant weekend.

Ideal for families! Vanessa is very kind and the house has everything you need! The children loved the pool and took care of it during the hours in the garden.

Ideal accommodation for a family gathering. Large living room with sufficient kitchen. The view of nature from the jacuzzi is also very pleasant. In short, we had a very pleasant weekend!

We stayed with our 2 children (4 and 7 years old) and my in-laws in the Mozanne cottage. Everything was as described. There is another cottage opposite ours with a very nice family who did not bother us at all. We felt at ease. We particularly enjoyed the quiet, the indoor and outdoor space, the BBQ, the hosts and the indoor pool. We are demanding, yet everything was perfect. There were just possibly the doors that creak loudly, which bothered us at night only -> To know for those who get up often. The house is very bright and well equipped. The garden and pool are extra. Marina and Benoît are adorable, not intrusive at all. Book with no questions asked!

This short stay delighted the whole family! We were in the small cottage "carcotier", sufficient and suitable for a family of 2 adults + 2 children. Great pool and jacuzzi, the beautiful garden, our children enjoyed it, the parents too! Marina is very friendly and available, she lives on site with her family, in complete discretion. The accommodation is well equipped, wifi did not work but it was not a problem. Beautiful discovery of the region, good restaurants and market (in Brou), beautiful walks around, we recommend Bonneval and its electric boat ride. Dad loved his birthday/Father's Day weekend, a beautiful place to remember!

The accommodation is amazing, tastefully restored and well appointed, the environment is beautiful and quiet!! The big plus is the brewery next door that allows you to eat and drink a very good craft beer and play games. Celine is very kind, available and welcoming.

We loved our time at the well restored old cottage. Beautiful and peaceful location with the charm of the working farm and the friendliness of the people and lovely dogs. Would definitely stay again !

We were a group of 10 people spending a weekend at Marielle's house and it was a great experience, above our expectations! The house was clean and well equipped, no one lacked anything. We were able to enjoy the large garden, the terrace, as well as the walks in the surroundings recommended by Marielle. But what gives this rental even more charm is Marielle herself. She is generous and caring, always attentive and available to her guests. A real pearl! And in addition it's fun:) Today we only have one desire: already book our weekend with Marielle for next year!

We had a wonderful stay at Sophie's, who was very welcoming. This house is idyllic if you are looking for peace and quiet. The children enjoyed the garden, swing, badminton and table tennis available. Well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bedding!

A pretty exceptional cottage! The place is a haven of peace, Michelle is a really caring hostess and she has infused a really incredible soul into her "estate", a large house, a huge garden with a small river, scooters... You are at home here, everything is shared and you are also completely independent if you wish. Our stay was brief, we will come back to enjoy it better!

Pleasant stay at the tiny house. Peaceful setting, sunset with horses in front of the home. Agnes is welcoming and very friendly. We were able to come with our cat who loved jumping on the hay boots! Beautiful, I recommend it

Very good stay in a house made for family reunions: space and a pleasant garden. The owners are welcoming, friendly and available. The area lends itself perfectly to nature walks... a very nice discovery.

The accommodation is ideal! We were a group of friends with a lot of children. They had a great time! The accommodation is large and spacious, we were able to enjoy the stay to spend friendly evenings. the rooms are not all equal in terms of space but everyone was able to find their space. Jean Jacques is friendly and flexible with departure times, with babies it's a real plus, we were able to feed them quietly and leave for their nap! The garden is beautiful! We didn't have the right weather but in good weather, it must be very nice! Thank you very much!

Ideally located, close to Gacé, Camembert and Vimoutiers. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. The place is very quiet. No worries about parking, even with a van. The host is very friendly, we were very well looked after and had a great stay!

We had such a fantastic time. The facilities were great - the pool in particular was a hit and some lovely finishing touches including gas for the BBQ and a great coffee machine. The beds were super comfortable. It's a great place to come for some rest and relaxation as it's very peaceful and secluded. A big thank you to our hosts who were very helpful and welcoming.

We are delighted with our stay. The house is ideal if you want to get green in the calm of the countryside. It is very well equipped, full of charm, spacious, and offers plenty of possible occupancy. There is the possibility of walks around, adorable horses in the pasture next door, and pretty villages nearby. We did not meet our host Laurent, but the communication was very fluid, pleasant and responsive. In short, thank you so much for everything!

I had a great weekend, the house was clean and welcoming. I loved the calm and tranquility that there was. I would highly recommend it.

Francois made us feel at home straight away, his English was good although we like to communicate in French. He showed us his lovely home which was more like a lived in home than a Airbnb. Which made it much more homely. There were some lovely touches like goodies on the table for us. There was plenty of outdoor space although the weather was rather chilly. Francois provided good bikes which were in the barn next door along with a ping pong table and barbecue. There was a local village 2.5 K away with a fabulous Boulangerie, and the town of Verneuil sur Avre nearby which was stunning!
