This is an incredible place to stay. Rosemarie is super sweet and welcoming. If you are a cat person, you will also love her adorable cat. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on, the two nights I stayed were the best nights of sleep I have gotten in a long time. Would definitely stay here again over a hotel if I am ever back in town.

One of the best places we've stayed in! Comfortable living room, bedrooms with plenty of places to store our things, kitchen with absolutely everything we needed to cook meals and eat, easy to use TV and lots of games to play. Notes around the home were very helpful. Our grandkids loved the special touches Sharon left for them, and had fun asking Alexa questions. Easy to get to places in Omaha. The view from this "treehouse" was amazing. I hope we can stay here again when we come to Council Bluffs.

Emily's house was perfect! She was a very responsive host and was very thoughtful. We loved the snacks and drink mixes she provided. The queen bed was amazingly soft and comfortable. We appreciated the fan to drown out train noise (which didn't bother us a bit). The hot tub was super relaxing and easy to use. We could get to downtown Omaha in less than 10 minutes. The house was very spacious for 2 of us. we enjoyed the smart TV. We only used 1 of the 3 while we were there! Great stay and Great host! Thanks, Emily!

Such a beautiful home and backyard - very peaceful stay. Access to siting by the canal was so peaceful. Sheri and her son were extremely kind and accommodating...and lovely to chat with! Would definitely stay again. Bathroom is very luxurious and super clean, as was the rest of the space. Parking was easy as well. So close to the city and shopping yet you feel like you're in cottage country. You have your privacy but just note that the walk-out basement is not completely closed off from the rest of the house -- it worked perfectly fine for us though. Thanks for everything, Sheri...def. one of our fav places ever!

“The Cabin” was wonderful for our stay in Council Bluffs! We traveled from Kansas City for the College World Series & a concert in Council Bluffs. It was perfect! Caitlin & Jackie were very responsive & easy to communicate with. Fantastic hosts! I’d recommend the Cabin to anyone staying in the Omaha / Council Bluffs area!

Jan’s house was perfect for our College World Series experience. We were close to the field and restaurants but able to get out of the craziness and relax. Her backyard is charming and the waterfall is peaceful. The house was clean and we had absolutely no issues. Would definitely stay again.
