Sandra is a love and very helpful. The house is impeccable, all very clean and perfumed. Many super-scented comforters for the evenings, which are often colder. My wife and my 6 friends, we spent New Year. The house is in a rural gated condominium. It is even larger than in the photos. 4 rooms plus a private chalet, well equipped and with exclusive swimming pools and jacuzzi, as well as a pond where tilapia, pool, gym, whirlpool and even mini-market are available to guests. Near the Wine Road with great restaurants. Regina, responsible for the care of the condominium, super friendly and helpful (even a brand new reserve refrigerator put it in the house when the other one had a malfunction). We also hired the services of Valéria, recommended by Regina, which made an absolutely delicious New Year's Eve dinner. We'll be back soon!

We felt totally comfortable in Caique's apartment! It is cozy and well appointed. We were able to park our car right outside the door and had a safe feeling at all times. The location is also great: the supermarket "Extra" is within walking distance, which was very convenient. A special highlight was the roof veranda – we were allowed to celebrate our daughter Emma's birthday there with a small barbecue, which was just perfect! We are very satisfied and will definitely stay again during our next stay in São Paulo. Caique was very accessible at all times and answered all our questions quickly and kindly. He even gave us great tips for the birthday party – for example where we could celebrate and where to get good meat for barbecuing. Thanks a lot Caique!

Personnel can trust, images are exactly the same as the environment! The building is perfect since the service, the general cleaning is everything inside! Vanessa's service is fast. The apartment itself is extremely smell and clean. And I loved street safety. it's the night and I felt safe!

Great location, large building, with safe concierge, market inside the building and other environments for collective use as a swimming pool and a gym available. Location close to a market, restaurant and gym. Place clean and organized, I felt at home, if there was another event on site, I would stay again.
