It had everything we needed, from a comfortable bed to a well-equipped kitchen, and the location was perfect. The atmosphere was peaceful and stylish, and we felt right at home. Very good apartment with a very good location too! Easy check-in and a very welcoming and attentive host. Just one important note is that depending on the route you take, the GPS may direct you to pass through the favela.

The apartment is as beautiful as in the photos, a beautiful view of the city. Super quiet place, easy to access. Plenty of activity in the region, close to the market, subway station, and restaurants. Close to the region's nightlife, but on a quiet and peaceful street. Very happy with the stay, we hope to return on other occasions.

We liked everything about our accommodation, Maickon was excellent, very helpful and attentive. The location is perfect, the apartment is beautiful and cozy, very complete, prepared to welcome people with all comforts, I felt at home, everything was very clean. Close to a supermarket, restaurant. I highly recommend it. We are already looking forward to returning and enjoying the best accommodation in São Paulo.

What a fabulous week long stay we had in Felipe’s beautiful condo in São Paulo! Safe, secure and excellent location. The unit was immaculate with great attention to detail. Very spacious, quiet and comfortable. Two bathrooms and W/D are such a bonus. We loved the neighborhood with many restaurants to choose from and a grocery store a block away with more nearby. Felipe was very attentive and responsive. He had many suggestions for restaurants and things to do during our stay. We highly recommend Felipe’s place for your stay in São Paulo!

Margarete's place is literally "cinema". The amenities are all top-tier, and in very good taste. We have immediate and polite support for all our needs during our stay. I recommend to those looking for tranquility and a space to have fun, and very close to São Paulo. Recommended!

We went as 7 people, we stayed a week and spent very pleasant days, even with cold and some rainy days we enjoyed the stay a lot, it has a very good indoor space, a very comfortable large TV room and a great kitchen and barbecue. For those who go with pets, it's also very nice because the house is all fenced in, and my pet loved being able to run around the grassy area outside. Host Rodrigo is also very attentive and responds super fast.

We love the house, a getaway in the middle of São Paulo and at the same time close to everything. We were super well served by Paulo and well served by Ci, who left the house prepared to receive us, super solicitous and attentive. The house is cozy and it is possible to feel a care in every detail. We live valuable moments, among friends/family, from playing the piano and singing together, to cooking and talking while we were preparing dinner... and that certainly the house, this unique environment, the way each space presents itself, was super important for this to happen in such a special way. Evaristo e Marcio always responded promptly to any need or doubt about the house. The house is very beautiful as in the pictures and equipped with important objects for the stay. It has a separate gourmet space which was important. The only observation regarding the pool that was not heated at the time we were there. In the wonderful rest. Good Internet connection (for working from there), flexible check-in, ample space for families and pets.

Sandra is a love and very helpful. The house is impeccable, all very clean and perfumed. Many super-scented comforters for the evenings, which are often colder. The space is beautiful and very comfortable. There is no noise in the surroundings and is a great place to enjoy with family and friends. Sandra, thank you so much for your affection.

Giuliano’s home in São Paulo is located in the heart of the most popular, artistic and musical area, with ease access to so many cultural adventures! Me and my family loved that part! And felt specially lucky to be able to explore Villa Madalena from this very beautiful house. Giuliano’s house is very ample, well equipped and has all the features to make one feel very comfortable . I stayed in his house for 8 nights with my family and felt like I had a home in São Paulo. I got to cook everyday to my family, to enjoy the company of many friends and family members that had access to stop by and visit us, and enjoyed specially the backyard with so many sweet features, my favorite the hammock and the garden ! I recommend Giuliano’s farm inspired house to all looking for a pleasant and relaxed home experience in São Paulo !

My stay was great! The apartment is super cozy, just like in the photos, very clean and well maintained. The entire team was very attentive from start to finish, always available to help with whatever was needed. A special highlight was the kindness of allowing me to store my suitcase even after check-out, which made all the difference on my last day, I would definitely come back!

We went in 2 couples and we were very well installed. The beds are comfortable, it was cold and we had a blanket and covers available. It didn't even feel like we were on Av. Paulista, it was very peaceful, we accessed several tours because we were so well located. Ana was very kind and helpful. I recommend it!

The location of the apartment is great, close to the Brooklin subway. Renatta is super attentive and the apartment met our expectations. I've stayed there before when I go to São Paulo for work. Oh, the hair dryer is great and saves space in the woman's suitcase. I highly recommend it!

Great location, with easy access to the subway, restaurant and all the necessary conveniences to stay for a season. It has a daily cleaning service, making your stay much easier. Paulo was an excellent host, quick and clear in his responses. I'll definitely be back.
