Beachfront holiday rental in Coti-Chiavari

It was a privilege to stay in one of the historical buildings which are perched on the spectacular cliffs that make Bonifacio special. And Beatrice was the perfect host, responding at all times with great advice and assistance. She gave me both an early check-in and a late check-out and even dropped me off in time to catch my bus to Ajaccio. Memories are made eating fresh baguette, cheese and the most delicious fig confiture (bought at the local store) for breakfast on the terrace while enjoying the stupendous view and the seagulls gliding past. Sublime stay!

A Beautiful and Relaxing Stay at Villa Lily Bay We had a wonderful stay at Villa Lily Bay in Marina de Santa Giulia. The villa is beautifully renovated, stylishly decorated, and offers beautiful views of the bay and surrounding mountains. The location is perfect—walking distance to the beach, quiet neighborhood and shared pool (though now closed for winter maintenance), making it easy to unwind in the serene scenery. There is a short drive to shops and restaurants in Porto-Vecchio as well as only 30 minute drive to Bonifacio, which is absolutely worth the visit. For hikers I recommend checking out Cascade de Piscia di Ghjaddu within 1 hour drive. The villa was well-equipped and comfortable, providing a great balance of modern amenities and natural beauty. Entrance is via winding stairs, just a note for people with mobility issues. Overall, a fantastic experience with Eric, and we would love to return! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway in Corsica.

Begin the day with birdsong,☕️, and exquisite sea views! Our 10 day stay began with the much needed “take charge” actions of our generous hostess who picked us up at the airport, stopped for a brief grocery shop, & ice. We were suffering from jet lag and could just settle in for the day—so grateful 🙏. We have stayed in 100+ Airbnb all over the world 🌎, no one has offered this. The 6th floor apartment is well designed, impeccably clean with two balconies, a Mountain View from the shower window, well-stocked kitchen, easy to use modern appliances and fridge with starter water, juice, butter, a pantry with salt, sugar, jams, buscottes, honey, and many coffee choices for the Bosch/Tassimo machine. Enjoy the sea view balcony from the master bedroom as well as the living room— passing through top quality sliding doors. The exterior metal blackout screens assures darkness-quality sleep. Thanks to Sandra for a comfortable home. You have thought of everything to make it wonderful 🙏

Studio super well located in the center, clean, pleasant, super nice decor, lively neighborhood, we really loved it. Thanks to Diane for arranging the luggage, and everything was very clear. If we come back to Ajaccio, we won't hesitate to stay there again!

We felt comfortable in the accommodation and can recommend Yann as a host without reservation. Communication with him was very good and he was available at short notice. The view from the terrace of the apartment is breathtaking!

Wonderful stay – highly recommended! The four of us spent two weeks in the apartment and felt completely comfortable. The amenities were exactly as described – modern, high quality and with everything you need for a longer stay. Particularly noteworthy are the very well-equipped kitchen as well as washing machine and dryer in the bathroom, which was very convenient for us. The landlord was always available, very helpful and friendly – a pleasant and professional contact. An absolute highlight was the fantastic sea view from the balcony – we enjoyed the sunset every evening. Overall a really nice holiday in a great place. We would come back anytime!

Beautiful location. Ideally located villa with direct access to private beach. A magical view, calm and tranquility with the sound of waves. Very well-equipped, excellent decoration and comfort! The choice between the sea and the pool, the armchairs of the terraces or the deckchairs ... everything was perfect. A tastefully decorated house. An idyllic stay, in a green setting on the pool side and a splendid sea view with glowing sunsets... The villa is spacious, we breathe because it is through at the level of the living space. An address like we love them, to keep!

The home was lovely, even better than the photos with a stunning, unobstructed view over a vista of wild flowers and bushes to the sea. Although the home is technically an apartment, since it sits above another residence, we had total privacy and never once noticed the presence of the neighbor. We had the beautiful yard, deck, grill and pool completely to ourselves and felt as if we were in a stand-alone private villa perched on an isolated mountainside. Actually, the connection to another building was a plus, since there was an "epicerie" inside it, with fresh local produce, delicacies, and hand-delivered croissants and baguettes. The residence is within a short drive to some of the best beaches in Corsica, and many wonderful restaurants. And it's a short drive to Bonifacio and within easy striking distance of the vineyards of Sartene and Figari. To top it all off, Pascal is a superb and welcoming host, with plenty of recommendations to make the stay enjoyable.

as Stéphanie allowed check-in well in advance as well as checkout at the time we wanted, we did not have the pleasure of meeting her. but everything was well indicated with film for check-in. welcome booklet filled with tips for outings and restaurants. And clear, impeccable and tranquil accommodation with superb views... Recommended.

Recommendation! All-round satisfaction, we were on the road a lot but the apartment is well equipped for 4 people to spend time there! Jean-Marie is very friendly and had many tips for us. The beach is within walking distance and on weekdays we were almost alone there. Those who don't like pizza will find what they are looking for in the "Rivoli" or even better in the "Plage d'argent". You definitely need a car. And mosquito spray! (The windows of the apartment were all equipped with good insect repellent - slept well. Thank you, Jean-Marie!

Guy and Natali were wonderful hosts. The pictures did not do the house justice. Clean, spacious, the pool was amazing. Guy sent us local restaurant recommendations as well as places worth visiting. The pool was service halfway through our stay which meant it was clean and free from debris. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much for hosting us.

Very nice house for a stay with family. Very pleasant to live in and very well located for any activity. Very nice pool for the end of the day despite the proximity of sumptuous beaches. It's nice at the end of the day to bathe in peace when the children are tired. Professional and very friendly contact.

Great apartment, everything is spotless. The accommodation is well located a small beach 5 min walk away which is really nice. A more than beautiful view from the terrace that we were able to enjoy unfortunately only one evening ( the weather was not nice with us during the stay😒) but no regrets about the rental. The rental is ideally located not too far from all shops and places to visit. Ideal rental for a couple's trip. If one day we return to Corsica we would not hesitate to return to this accommodation .

Very friendly and in-person welcome by Paul with whom we had great pleasure in chatting! It's a change from practical but impersonal key boxes. Spacious apartment with a fantastic view of the Gulf of Ajaccio and the sea at our feet. Impeccable cleanliness, excellent comfort, top equipment, great brightness, not a sound in the building and a very nice private parking space in Ajaccio. All shops nearby and access to the old town and the Tino Rossi port in 25 minutes on foot by a very nice walk along the sea and the beaches. The day we return to Ajaccio, we will stay at Paul's without a second thought (or rather, with our eyes wide open, as the view is so beautiful!)

A very clean, quiet, spacious apartment with an excellent location (1 minute walk to the beach). Beautiful bay window of the living room overlooking the garden with the possibility of having plancha evenings outside in the shade of the trees and surrounded by pink laurels. Attentive and very friendly hosts. I definitely recommend this rental.

This is an incredible beachfront property with a beautiful garden—peaceful, calm, and perfect for relaxing. We loved the spacious outdoor kitchen and the many inviting spots to sit and enjoy the stunning surroundings. The Airbnb includes a cozy bedroom with a separate toilet and a hot outdoor shower; just note that the shower is visible from the walking path. A privacy screen is provided, though it can sometimes blow over in the wind. There are plenty of comfortable places around the property to rest and unwind, with the deck chairs in front of the main house reserved for Sandrine’s family and friends. The shared laundry room was also very helpful during our stay. Thank you, Sandrine, for sharing this special place with us!

Great holidays, great accommodation 30 seconds walk to a cove that allows swimming in the morning and evening alone peaceful to listen to the sound of the sea 😀 I highly recommend this accommodation close to amenities but still quiet
