Very tastefully furnished apartment on the ground floor with a large terrace. Everything as described with very good seating and sleeping furniture(!) Bedroom with shutters. Secure parking space for cars on enclosed premises. Overall, a quiet location with short walks to the sea and to the boulangerie, restaurants, shops and market hall.

Perfect and very responsive host, we will come back without hesitation, very clean and functional studio, nicely decorated. The balcony is a plus as is the parking space.

Excellent location, on the 6th floor, with sea view and sunset, beach access less than 50 m away and access to the centre of Cabourg by the dike less than 500 m away on foot. In addition, small well-appointed apartment. We'll remember the address!

Beautiful studio, very clean with all the necessary amenities and very good bedding. The accommodation is very well located in a quiet street, 20 metres from the beach and close to all shops. Cynthia is very accommodating and very responsive to messages. I highly recommend it for a very good stay in Cabourg.

Judith's accommodation is very pleasant, even better than in the photos. Judith is a welcoming and "attentive" host - special mention for the bottle of cider on arrival and the communication, great. The location is ideal, close to shops, restaurants and very close to the beach. Parking is free on the adjacent streets. I will gladly come back and I highly recommend it.

We had a great time, in a really quiet apartment, with a nice relaxing view, all in a very nice and wooded residence. The apartment itself is as advertised in the photos: bright, extremely clean, well arranged and carefully decorated. And the hospitality is perfect, between the small touches and the guide left available. We immediately felt at home, thank you for this stay!

Very nice accommodation, splendid view of the sea and the setting sun, direct access to the sea (less crowded area than the surrounding areas), everything you needed for baby equipment. Marie is very caring and concerned that our stay goes well (stay guide document, messages, responsiveness, etc.). We thank him and recommend this accommodation!

Just back from a wonderful mini break at Thys beautiful apartment that overlooks the see and the port. The space is well laid out and has everything that you need. Highly recommended

Hi The property was great for the 2 of us and as with us was ideal for motorcycles as it has underground secure parking with a lift opposite straight up to the apartment . 15-20 minute walk along the sea front into Cabourg . I would have liked normal beds but the fold down couches were also ok . I would stay there again .
