Bénédicte would be happy to welcome you to her recent 45 m2 house, quiet and comfortable, wooden, (ISO 2012 standard) classified, designed to seduce you. From the pink granite coast to the island of Bréhat, you would need 4 or 5 days to visit Trégor. One bedroom, a large living room, a kitchenette, toilet and separate bathroom, a terrace overlooking the sea...

The studio is recent just like the residence. It is located in Trestraou, not even 50 meters walk from the beach. Ideal for lovers of water sports and hiking. Restaurants, bars, cinema, bakery, tourist info, nautical center, playground, customs footpath, pink granite coast are right next door. Equipped kitchen, terrace, sofa bed with good quality bedding (140x190). The dining area converts into a 120x170 bed. Ideal for 2/3 travelers or with children.

The house is by the sea, modern and situated on the wonderful Ile Grande, facing Aval island, near Perros Guirec, Ploumanach and Tregastel. The main room benefits from a sea view thanks to large windows. The private garden surrounds the house. Take your time and enjoy the comfort of a modern house and an ideal location on the "cote de granit rose". The sea side walking path going round Ile Grande, and the Toul Gwen beach are next to the house.

Pink granite, hiking trails, the GR 34 passes 300m from the cottage. Beaches on foot, fishing on foot, within 50m, port cafe, restaurant and live fish sales by fishermen. Access to the mezzanine does not accommodate children under 10 years of age.
