Small quiet corner of paradise near the lake. Extremely nice house, very well equipped, very well furnished and decorated. Caring and very available host. Very pleasant stay, we highly recommend it!

Authentic house in a very quiet environment without neighbours. Very pleasant stay in a beautiful region with many walks for those who like to hike with elevation. House very well located close to Biarritz, Spain, the ocean and the main Basque villages... We'll be there again.

impeccable accommodation, great location

The house is spacious and very well-equipped, the pool is very nice! The many bathrooms and toilets are a real plus when you live at 8. The only slight "downside" is that the house overlooks a fairly busy road but on the other hand the windows insulate very well from noise and in the evening there are fewer cars anyway so it didn't bother us too much.

Rémi and Aline were fantastic hosts! Very responsive and friendly. They also made us feel incredibly welcome at their beautiful villa. They made certain that we have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I recommend their place highly!!

A just perfect stay! The villa is ideally located in Capbreton: close to the beach, shops, bike paths... everything is within reach. The house is superb, very well maintained and equipped with absolutely everything you need — you feel at home from the moment you arrive. But what really made our stay exceptional was our host: incredibly kind, always available and attentive to make sure everything went well. Her warm welcome really made a difference. We would recommend this villa without a second thought and hope to come back very soon!

Welcoming and responsive host. New and modern apartment, comfortable, well furnished and well equipped. The bedding in particular is excellent. The pool is a good size and very pleasant when it's hot. Ideal location of the apartment: ocean and beaches within walking distance. Nice shops, bars and restaurants 5 minutes' drive away. We had a fantastic holiday with our two young kids. The accommodation has absolutely everything for a super comfortable and laidback stay as a family. From outdoor kitchen to swimming pool, hammock and quiet, dark bedrooms. Everything is present. With the sea, the lake and the forests within walking and cycling distance, it is a perfect location for balance in terms of peace and activity. We recommend this! Jodie and her husband Jim are extremely nice and helpful hosts and approachable for any questions at any time. Thank you again, dear Jodie and dear Jim. The holiday home and the entire complex are - as described - a small paradise and very well maintained. The view of the park-like garden and the large lake is fantastic - also from the terrace and the large bedroom. In the fully equipped kitchen, we were able to prepare delicious dishes. It is an optimal terrain if you are looking for peace and relaxation. We had a wonderful time and can highly recommend the accommodation.

Cute little cabin with everything you need. Marie sent very detailed information in advance, so we found everything well. The location is great for excursions to the region or to the beach.

Very nice renovation 🙂 Location. With two young children, we were able to access the lake, restaurants, skatepark and village by stroller. Bike paths are also accessible right next to the house.
