This house is beautiful! The rooms are great. The kitchen is large and it has a nice pool and hot tub. It is set back from road 100 meters and has a private gate making it feel very secluded. There are some nice local restaurants with great views of the city 10 minutes away as well as a small grocery a few minutes away. We had a great stay!

I really enjoyed an extended stay (over a month) at the Coco Sunset Hills property being managed by Tropical Gardens. This staff is the happiest and friendliest ever. The property was all that is was advertised to be. Many different and beautiful pools to swim in on very well landscaped and maintained grounds. The property itself was wonderful (2 floor, 2 bedroom) with all modern conveniences, great A/C, room fans, and weekly cleaning services! I have told my friends about this place and will also be back.

We loved this Airbnb! It was the perfect end for our trip. Would definitely stay here for an entire trip! The beach close by, the terrace, the pools, and gated community were awesome and made our Costa Rica trip better. The host was great when we couldn’t find the office space to check in due to construction, but she came all the way out to the street to help us! Friendly staff!

My family and I were so pleased with our choice. The home was very clean, lots of parking. The outdoor covered patio is perfect for rainy evenings. The pool was cleaned as soon as we got there and we enjoyed it every day. I recommend going to the home before going to the grocery store because it is well stocked. Martin even had coffee from their family and it was the best coffee we had the whole time we were in Costa Rica. The restaurant recs from Lorena were on point and delicious. I suggest staying for at least three or four days because the amount of wildlife that traverses through the property changes from day-to-day. There is a resident sloth that lives right outside the gates and we saw him three out of the five days that we were there. another sloth that we saw every morning on our walk that was about a 10 minute distance from home. So many tropical birds. We would stay here again, highly recommend. Check out was extremely easy and effortless. Also, several walkable restaurants.

Great house, short walk to town, nice rooms and everything’s really accessible. Pool warms up nicely with the weather and the slide is bit bigger then you think. Great place to stay

It’s always a pleasure to stay at Freddy’s place. He’s a great host. The pool is lovely and the property is surrounded by nature. The house is comfortable and cozy with lots of outdoor space. This is our favorite place to stay when we are working in the area.

Excellent location, very complete kitchen implements and some even new appliances. However, I would like to point out that the dining table was extremely dirty, even with cat hair embedded on it (we had to clean it 3 times to make it decent and the black rag did not come out). In addition, the shower was quite uncomfortable because there was no pressure for the hot water (not so for the cold water). Finally, the fans were very old and dusty. Anyway, we had an excellent stay.

Awesome stay at Mike's Bamboo Cabin - clean, very private and well equipped! The best part is its serene and tranquil surroundings, lots of birds, and a nice trail down the road into the forests where had great wildlife experiences. Mike is a wonderful host, probably the most organised we've met. He gave super detailed and clear instructions on everything you need to get there safely and to have a enjoyable experience. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Fantastic place and better than advertised, we don’t get a chance to explore as much as we wanted to but felt right at home. The two dogs on the property were a wonderful addition to our trip.

The sound of the rain, the fresh air, and the serene atmosphere made it one of the most relaxing and magical experiences we’ve ever had. A huge thank you to Janice, who coordinated everything perfectly. Her kindness, care, and attention to detail made us feel completely at ease from the moment we arrived. If you're looking for a place to disconnect, recharge, and connect with nature, this is it. We left feeling refreshed in body, mind, and soul. Can’t wait to return! Many thank you .

A quiet place, beautiful and ideal for resting.

We really enjoyed our stay! The pool is killer - the bushes and trees provide a great sense of privacy, and we spent hours in the pool reading and chilling the day away. Samara is at walking distance (at least for us), and there are some nice bars and restaurants to hang out for drinks and dinner, Ryan has good advice if needed. He is always available with recommendations. The only disappointment was the beach - go to Playa Carrillo instead!!! We definitely recommend Ryan’s place!!!

This was one of the best places we´ve stayed during owr trip to Costa Rica. The kids really enjoyed the pool while watching monkeys, iguanas and beautiful birds in the property. The location is great, near the sea and not far away from both Montezuma and Cabuya. We had a great time and recommend this beautiful place.

This is a wonderful place to stay if visiting Nuevo Arenal. Very good location and beautiful view of the sunset from the living room. The friendly dogs added an extra treat to the location for us. One note, as navigation apps in Costa Rica are tricky, follow their instructions carefully and download the picture of the gate leading up to the house before you leave reliable cell coverage.

We were very pleased with the space. Meidys is a friendly, kind and hardworking woman. She offered to do our laundry. The facilities were as shown in the photos. We would recommend Meidys' apartment in a second. You'll be treated like royalty there!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was immaculate and we enjoyed the most amazing views (we even saw a howler monkey in the palm tree right beside the balcony)! The pools felt like they were essentially private and it was super quiet in the evenings. The drive up the hill is a bit of an adventure (pretty typical of Costa Rica), but totally worth it for the views! 10/10 recommend staying here!

The place is like the photos, it has impeccable cleanliness, super equipped. Everything is in excellent condition. I recommend taking a large car because when you arrive it is very steep and with a stone street.

Our stay at **Carlos' house** was absolutely perfect. He was incredibly **responsive and helpful**, ensuring we had everything we needed. We even received an **extra cleaning after two days** and **free laundry service**, which was a wonderful bonus. The location is fantastic—just a few minutes from the beach. I would **highly recommend** this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

This was one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed at! I was traveling with my elderly parents and two kids (1 yr and 3yr) . The house was adorable, great art , comfortable sitting areas, the kitchen was well stocked, everyone had plenty of space. My parents stayed upstairs so could escape to quiet from kids! There were toys, books, cribs, high chairs, even floaties for the pool! When traveling with kids this is a huge plus to not have to pack these items! Very quiet neighborhood and really enjoyed hanging on the back deck! We walked to beach and restaurants with both kids and my parents no problem! Plenty of towels , and beach chairs! Very clean and Sebastian was super responsive and accommodating, we can’t wait to come back ! I would give 10 stars !! 🌟🌟🌟

We stayed at Steve's house located at The Point and had an amazing experience. The house is extremely comfortable, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated. The open spaces make you feel connected to nature, even when you're inside the house, as you can see the pool. From the kitchen window, you can spot howler monkeys in the trees behind the house, which was a delightful experience. The house has two safes, providing peace of mind when leaving valuables behind. It's in a great location, very close to surfing beaches and other businesses, making it easy to find food and nice restaurants. Everything was impeccably clean, and the host (and his team) were extremely responsive and accommodating to our needs. We are definitely looking forward to returning and renting this property again in the future! Pura vida!😊

Wonderful! We would definitely return. This place is at the end of a dead end road so it is very private and serene. We are family of 8 with children and the pool is awesome. Found the place just as the pictures and descriptions are listed. We love nature and birds and were not disappointed. This is the dry season so the road in was fine. I believe we could have made the drive without 4x4. It does take a minimum of twelve minutes to reach the casa from the paved highway. The place was not booked much this month and Suzanne offered to let us stay longer for a discount but we had to get home but thank you anyway. The electricity went off for a couple hours one day and the internet went out a couple of times but we have been to Costa Rica three times and have come to expect a little of that. Go ahead and book this property and you will not be disappointed.

We would love to stay here again! Great location with lots of things to do on the property. The pool was right in our backyard and the mini golf course was so fun. The rooms were spacious and clean, we loved it! The kitchen could use a few more things. but had the very basics. Each room has it's own thermostat so everyone was comfortable. Highly recommend!

One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in my life! My sister and I felt at home right away, it’s so cozy, warm and very clean. It’s a comfy place! There is many restaurants and supermarkets walking distance. And what can we say about Heilyn?! She is a super host, she is sweet, kind, respectful, very helpful! Excellent woman!
