Great space! The shared kitchen is quite wide and complete. The hotel is very well located, close to the beach and to several good restaurants. Natália is very helpful and friendly.

It's better than how it's shown in pictures! The place is very quiet and relaxing! The attention of the super friendly staff especially Flory! We went with the pets and they were super well received to a bed they gave us for them, the view and the sunset from the place is amazing The cool pool and green area surroundings you need to rest

They have everything extremely well organised. The guy and the girl who work at the front desk are the best!

Gorgeous place close to the beach and park entrance. We enjoyed our A/C room and the beautiful jungle surroundings. We visited three restaurants close by, a vegan spot for a yummy lunch, hornitos for the best empanadas ever!! And Jafa for ice cream. If you’re on the local bus don’t get off on the highway and pay 3000 colones for a taxi, there is a stop just 800 meters away from the Airbnb. If you’re on the bus that stops at the big station we’d recommend paying for a taxi as it’s a 30 minute walk.

Johanna's place is a real oasis. There were many things that made it feel so: sleeping so close to the river, being able to wake up and walk down to the water, cooking in the open kitchen with a view, finding stillness in the garden so easily, practicing movement in the open shala while enjoying all the shades of green, the singing birds, the howling monkeys... Johanna was helpful and responsive in preparation of and during my stay. Her recommendations were spot on. I was also able to take a yoga class with her and other locals, which was really nice. The location is really good too: isolated enough from the busyness, but close to Guadalajara, Nuevo Arenal and Tilaran. This place is a hidden gem, I cannot believe how lucky I was to stumble upon it here. If you're doubting whether to book a stay here, just do it.

Very helpful and accommodating.

We had the best 7 nights here. The location is great, just off the main road so it felt secluded yet only 5 minutes to all the restaurants. All the staff, Oli and Emilie were so nice and helpful. Our room was large and had everything we needed. We recommend having their breakfast, it’s great value and good! We felt relaxed throughout, and there is a nice social area by the pool where me made friends with other guests. A nice community feel. We honestly loved it and would like to come again and bring friends. We also adored Emma, their wonderful calm dog ha!

Wonderful homey atmosphere. Loved the fire at night and table service breakfast in the morning!

Highly recommend. Loved this place. Quick drive to the beach, perfect for surfing with supermarkets close by. The space was beautiful and so peaceful. Will always stay here when coming to Marbella. Thank you so much for the hospitality!

Seeking a few days of relaxation, the Peace Retreat immediately stood out because it offered meals, eliminating any worry about cooking or dining options. From the moment I arrived, it was a succession of delightful surprises. I booked a stay, but what I received was a transformative retreat. The care I experienced was truly indescribable, thanks to the magical aura surrounding everyone who works there. Their kindness, compassion, and joy are palpable. The food is divine, and Kevin's yoga practices are both insightful and deeply personal, encouraging growth right on the mat. I found their spa treatments incredibly transformative, with a wide array of options including rituals and coaching sessions. I felt completely nourished and pampered. And the experience deepened even further when I was invited to join a sweat lodge - another incredible experience. The powerful sense of community and connection here is truly vibrant. This place is pure magic, and I'm certain I'll be back soon!

We stayed here for a few nights with our two young children and it was exactly what we were looking for for a special get away and stay in the rainforest. We stayed in the jungle suite which felt like a treehouse, from which we enjoyed watching birds and feeling like we were in the trees. It was a beautiful and special spot, and we’re so grateful we came upon it and stayed there. Joanne and Simon are extremely welcoming and communicative. They shared suggestions for the area, and were eager to make sure we enjoyed our stay. They were particularly engaging with our children, who felt like we were staying with friends. Highly recommend this spot.

Joëlle and Simon were exquisite hosts. This Airbnb was well equipped with everything you needed and more! The space was stunning with lots of colorful areas to socialize and a perfect temperature swimming pool naturally sheltered from the overpowering sun (which is perfect when you need a break from the beach. The space was clean and cozy. Joëlle’s cooking is also not to be missed and we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. We will definitely be back and highly recommend!

This was absolutely perfect start to our honeymoon. So much wildlife right at the hotel, as well as national parks a walkable distance. Quepos had all we needed: super markets, smoke shop, eclectic restaurants, and activities. 10/10 would recommend

The place was really perfect! The shared space with the pool is very beautiful and very well maintained. The breakfast offered is very good and the hosts are really very nice I recommend it 100%

We absolutely loved our stay! It was a unique place with extremely beautiful views of the mountains. Just be mindful that it is true to “glamping” meaning you will feel a lot of wind at night, which depending on your sleeping patterns can be challenging. Also, the place is a little off the beaten path, but we loved our time and would recommend.

Lily is a great host, the cabin is comfy and clean, the garden Lily created will take your breath away, the place is unique and peacefull. I highly recommend.

Dev’s place was absolutely breathtaking. You have quick access to the main coastal roads, but her private house overlooks the most beautiful rainforest/ocean full of all sorts of Costa Rican birds and animals. The pool was a perfect was to end the day. Felt incredibly safe in her gated property. The host is one of the sweetest ladies you’d ever meet and gave us much-appreciated recommendations and tips about the local area. Highly recommend!

Cindy and her husband José Mario are amazing, as was their Airbnb. It is a super comforting place and full of peace, super private, clean, tidy and surrounded by nature, cold weather and full of energy recharge. Cindy and Don José Mario's service was incredible, excellent hosts, very nice people, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it, I would return as often as possible!

Cara's ecolodge is an amazing place to stay. You are immersed in nature and it's incredibly peaceful there. The waterfall and the river on the property are a huge plus and we enjoyed them both very much. The caretakers and Cara are super friendly and Doña Luz's food down the street was delicious. We wished we could have eaten her meals everyday of the trip! Couldn't recommend this place more!

The hotel room was spotless — air conditioning, internet, bed, and shower were all perfect. Super comfortable stay, everything worked just as expected. Highly recommended!

Raf and his lovely mother were so friendly and welcoming. Being long time locals he was amazing at offering the best places to hit. We experienced beautiful, peaceful beaches, and beaches that are best for surfing. We would absolutely stay here again!! Also, the tres gatos were so friendly and the cherry on top of the whole stay.
