We had an amazing stay! Francesca was incredibly kind and always responsive, making everything smooth and easy. The house was in excellent condition—especially the terrace had a beautiful view. The location couldn’t be better: just a 5-minute drive to the sea, local restaurants, and the best gelato spots. It was the perfect place for four people to stay comfortably. If we ever come back, we would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful stay! Silvia’s apartment was absolutely stunning, super clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. We felt at home right away. Silvia is a fantastic host. Kind, helpful, and welcoming. Highly recommended!

We had a great holiday staying here. Being so close to a lovely beach was ideal with our two young children. There is a nice bakery and a few good restaurants within walking distance which was fantastic. The neighbourhood was also very peaceful. Daniela was very responsive and her mother met us on arrival which was lovely. We felt the top bunk bed wasn't suitable for use as it has no sides around it but otherwise the house met our needs well.

Lovely house in delightful garden, immediately behind the beach. In May the area, including the beaches, was quiet and relaxed. We loved it. Thanks Antonio and Stella.

The host is warm and hospitable, the location of the homestay is close to the beach, and there are supermarkets and good restaurants nearby, which is very cost-effective!

We were with 2 adults and 2 children in Davide and Lu's house. The children were very excited about the little cats that live on the property and we adults liked the quiet and picturesque location. In the house you will find everything you need. Davide even brought us some cookies from his bakery and fruit and we found some water in the fridge. The location is very quiet in the hinterland of the coast at 250 meters altitude. The ocean views are especially enchanting in the morning. A car is urgently needed. To the coast and the nearest shopping, you drive approx. 10-15 minutes. The amenities of the house are simple but functional. A problem of many vacation homes in Sardinia is the unpleasant smell in it and bad beds. Quite different in Davide's house. There is nothing wrong with the smell or the beds here. Bravo!

Villa Ivy was a perfect for our family holiday. Room for 8 adults to relax socialise. The location was excellent and the facilities were very good. The house was spotless on arrival. Communication was good. Would recommend.

Dario's home is amazing and he's a fantastic host. The space was clean, well-equipped, and larger than expected. And Dario even helped us with recommendations and reservations. The pool is wonderful and heating it is worth the the extra fees. We hope to return to beautiful Sardinia and stay in this remote and very special place again some day.

++ Very helpful host, very quick to respond ++ had forgotten something in the apartment, within a few minutes the return action was initiated by the host +/- No Wi-Fi in the house, curse and blessings at the same time (must be aware of it) + beautiful apartment, well furnished (with washing machine/coffee maker...) ++ top view of the sea, very relaxing + beautiful large pool ++ Very well maintained area and quiet + nearby villages can be reached quickly + large terrace with table/chairs - No direct access to the beach (car necessary) - certain installations (shower doors, connecting door to the terrace, lamps are very hot > recommended LED, ringing) need a refresh - Ceiling height on the upper floor/staircase partly deep, hit several times your head (1m85)

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. The bungalow is very pretty with comfortable beds and sheets, immaculately clean and a well kitted out kitchen with microwave, stove, fridge-freezer and appliances. There’s a beach on your doorstep or you can walk 10 minutes to the spectacular Cala Brandinchi or Lu Impostu. It’s situated in the campsite so you get their facilities of a pool, bar and restaurant (with great pizzas at a really reasonable cost) and kids playground. You have some private outdoor space with seating areas and dining table. Isa had some great extra touches which made staying there with small children really easy like beach toys and a beach bag with mat, towels and umbrella. Overall it was a beautiful peaceful setting, the beaches were paradise and it was such good value. We were deciding between a very expensive resort in the area and here and we were so happy with the decision that we made. I really recommend! Especially for families.

Great apartment and surroundings.

The Host Elena, Bruno and Ali are wonderful people. The Accommodation is clean and well maintained. Wild Peacocks and Turtles live in the garden. It’s an oasis of calmness and peace with a nice large pool perfectly fitted into the natural environment. Overall it’s a very warm and familiar experience and located well in regards of short ways to the airport, calm beaches, nice restaurants and shopping facilities. A very special moment was when our hosts showed up in the morning on our terrace to sing a birthday song for our 2 little daughters. What a nice and lovely gesture. For sure we will come back.

We had a wonderful two-week stay at Annagiulia’s apartment. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The apartment is spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. It’s very well equipped — from dish soap and detergent to coffee capsules, playing cards, chess, and a great book collection. We were greeted with delicious Sardinian sweets, and check-in/out was seamless, thanks to the detailed instructions.
Annagiulia was a fantastic host — helpful, responsive, and full of great recommendations for restaurants and beaches. Halfway through our stay, the apartment was cleaned and we received fresh sheets and towels, which was a lovely touch.
The location is perfect: a short drive to stunning beaches, shops, and great restaurants. There’s even a nice pool just steps away. One of our favorite features was the terrace — with breathtaking views. We spent many peaceful days relaxing in the garden.
We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would love to return!

We enjoyed it very much. The apartment has a top location with a great view and a very short walk to the beach. The apartment is very well equipped, even in the kitchen it has everything you need and also in large numbers. The roof terrace has a great view and offers plenty of space. We spent a lot of time there. The communal pool is also beautifully landscaped and was often used by us.

We enjoyed the somewhat remote location and the wild garden. The road to the house is relatively narrow, so it is difficult when there is oncoming traffic. We were only disturbed by the mosquitoes, but unfortunately you can't change that.

We had a wonderful stay at Stazzi, the cottage was lovely and we had a great time and space outside to sit and relax. Inside had all you needed. Peaceful, secure and beautiful landscape and sights. We spend a few days and traveled around different cities and the coast line. If you want peace, relaxing surroundings and private. Just like we like it. Recommended for people who enjoy outside life but also the bustling and lively cities and coastline, which can be reached very easily by car. Thank you for having us!

I booked a long stay for two weeks at this apartment & it was perfect. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and it had everything I needed. Daniela the cleaner was there when I arrived & super helpful. She is a gem. Highly recommend 5 * Pros: - Absolutely stunning balcony view. I was part working remote / part vacation, & it was perfect. There’s even a cushioned bench to curl up with a book & enjoy the view - Unit had everything you could need - spotlessly clean - plug sockets fit the old 2-prong & new 3-prong plugs, no need for an adaptor! Score! - plenty of closet storage space + suitcases fit under the bed - private parking lot - no need fussing w/ street parking or meters -quiet & safe - smart tvs in bed & living room connectable to Netflix etc - the lock-box with the key to enter the unit is on the front door - firm mattress - shops / restaurants walking reach Cons: - only 1 - the pillows were a bit stiff for me Minor thing. - Also need a wine bottle opener for the unit Grazie 1k!

We had the joy of living in the beautiful house, very well equipped, we did not lack anything. A quiet and safe area within walking distance of a small beach and snack bar for lunch. The small village of Porto Pozzo is less than 5km away where there are restaurants and a grocery store. The owner of this house is very thoughtful and responded quickly to our messages. We recommend this property without hesitation.

Massimo’s house was perfect. We loved our stay. The house is in a great location, a short drive away from many beautiful beaches. The house had everything we needed. Great communication from Massimo! Thank you for the wonderful time :)

The house is located in the middle of the mountain in a very quiet, secluded location - about 300m from the road. The large gate gives a sense of security. The accommodation is clean, simple and beautifully furnished, just as we wanted. Small things like coffee and spices were available. Also some coal for the grill, which we unfortunately did not use because of the wind. Communication was always perfect and hassle-free. From the accommodation, you can head in all directions to cities or beaches - San Pantaleo is a real gem! We will be happy to come back!

Simone is a very friendly and thoughtful host. He welcomed us warmly, was always available and gave us good tips. Since we drink filter coffee, we had brought our own coffee (that filter coffee is unusual in Italy, we had unfortunately forgotten when packing our suitcase). Simone even got a filter coffee machine and coffee filters on the 1st day... we were really touched! The house is located on the coast of Costa Corallina in a quiet and very well-kept area. The water and the bays in the immediate vicinity of the house are fantastically beautiful. A short walk behind the house leads to a small marina with a bistro that offers modest but good cuisine. If you follow the path directly by the water, you will reach the beautiful Porto San Paolo in about 15 minutes. We enjoyed our holiday in this house and on the island very much and will gladly recommend this property.
